El personales súper amable y buscan la manera de resolver cualquier situación. El desayuno excelente, tiene muchas alternativas y el personal del área muy amable. El único problema es que necesitan mejorar la limpieza de los cuartos, el primero estaba lleno de polvo y nos cambiaron a otro mejor, pero no estaba tan limpio. La limpieza es al cuarto día de la estadía, aunque uno paga para que limpien a diario. Tiene buena ubicación, pero lo mejor el excelente servicios de las dos mujeres de recepción, la joven del area de desayuno muy amables y servicial.

Things I liked: Staff was nice Breakfast was good Hotel looked decent Things I didn’t like: I was there for 5 days and they didn’t clean the room or bring fresh towels even once! I called the reception and requested new towels and garbage removal and still nobody came. When I told them about it upon leaving I was told they were too busy. You hear EVERYTHING in your room! Elevator ding. People walking and talking. Doors closing. It sounds like they’re in the room with you! Bring earplugs if they’re busy.

I would have given this a higher rating but unfortunately we stayed there for 4 nights and didn’t get any maid service. We needed our garbage taken out, fresh towels and sheets and it never happened. Even when we put the sign up for maid service needed they never came. Breakfast was good. And the room it self was decent. But you can hear everything!! I could hear the elevator and anyone talking the whole Night. Also the WIFI barely works. They also seemed to use a lot of bleach for cleaning seeing I could smell it in different areas of the hotel. But the location was convenient.

The breakfast was good and it changed from one day to the next with the cooked foods. My biggest complaints were the tv remote only went up or down with the channels, so when you find something on the guide page your unable to put the channel in. Also I had a handicap room that lacked towel racks to hang & reuse towels, and I was only there 2 nights and room didn't get cleaned or towels replaced. Minor inconvenience could have been major if I didn't find a way to hang & reuse my towels.

Hotel seems to be non branded so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Staff was very nice at check in, hotel is clean, beds were comfortable. Would bring my own pillow next time. lol. For the price would totally stay here again.

This property is an excellent value. If you are on business, want to keep expenses down, and really just need a place to lay your head, it’s perfect. Very friendly and efficient front desk staff (yay, Jessie). Note: there is no traditional housekeeping during your stay but as long as you know that, it’s all good.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past four years. It’s always clean, well-staffed and safe. The staff is excellent. The parking lots are well-lit and safe. Never had a bad experience here in 4 years.

This property is reasonably priced for this market. I found the continental breakfast---both cold and hot---to be better than most hotels. This hotel is also reasonably close to attractions, shopping, entertainment, and food. The room was well maintained and clean. Although the staff was stretched thin, they more than made every effort to make sure my party and I enjoyed our stay. As a result, this is now my hotel of choice should I ever be in the Dayton area again.

Great stay
The hotel was great . Friendly knowledgeable staff. The hotel was very clean nice breakfast . The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The bedding was super clean and fresh smelling. Both beds passed the black lighttest. My family will be staying here again in the future.

My only complaint would be that the TV remote didn’t work, probably low batteries. I turned it into the front desk with the room number, expecting it to be placed back into the room during the day. The remote was not in the room when I returned in the evening. I let it slide as I was going to go to bed anyway.

First impressions matter!
When we arrived, the desk clerk was on her personal cell phone with a sign up stating she was with a customer. When she saw me, she came to the desk, never smiled or said hello. When we got to the room, it smelled. We realized we had booked an accessible room, which we did not want. We went to ask for another room. She told us there would be a $20 charge for a different room, still not smiling. While we made the switch, some of her friends came in and she became a different person! She smiled and laughed with them. When we got to our new room, she had written the wrong number on our room keys. We had to figure it out for ourselves. The room was fine. Breakfast was good and the gentleman in charge of the area was great! He made sure everything was just right!
