“When you check in, it takes them an hour to hand over the room, and the staff is not friendly., I think there are better accommodation options.

“I will say my positives first . I appreciated the cold Ac in the room . The tiki bar was good and the bartender was great .Now for the negatives, Paint was peeling off the ceiling. The toilet wouldn’t flush without us lifting the lid each time . Only one slow elevator .No ice machine . Hallways and interior smelled and was hot . Room was not ready after check in time . The whole room needs updating .”
