Receptionist zegt GEEN zaken te doen met Expedia

Aangemeld met kopie van de reservering bij Expedia. Receptionist verklaarde GEEN zaken te doen met Expedia, dus wist niet van onze komst. ( lagen WEL 2 A4-tjes van Expedia op zijn buro !!) Toen wij hem daar op wezen werd hij bijzonder onvriendelijk en wilde wel aan ons een kamer verhuren tegen het dubbele tarief, hierop zijn wij niet ingegaan en vertrokken met een boze, scheldende receptionist achterlatend. De buitenkant van het hotel ziet er heel verwaarloosd uit, de receptie is smerig en de receptionist is buitengewoon onvriendelijk. Dit hotel raad ik niemand aan !

The worst place ever. Mattresses outside. Crack heads arguing in the parking lot. No need to say anymore. I should get total refund!!!! Nasty!!!

Do not stay here!!!!

This was the worst experience ever. Me and my family got there and the AC did not work, we told the manager & he had to turn the breaker on assured us that the AC would work within one hour. We went back 3 hours later and the AC was still not working the room was hot. All the tenants are coming out the rooms complaining and at that time all the lights on the complex went out. He had an individual who is renting out another room come and look at the AC unit and they said it would work within 30 minutes I told him that I wanted a new room he refused and refused to give me my refund back. I called hotels.com they could not give me a refund either they said it was up to the manager they contact the manager the manager said they would put me in a new room. That did not work so my only option at this point is to call my credit card company and disputed with them because we never stayed at the hotel it was too hot for me and my kids to stay there so we ended up driving all the way back 3 hours later to home. That was after the manager tried to fight me. Hotels.com did give me a $40 voucher to use later so I was pleased with that being that they couldn't give me the refund however I still have to go to my credit card company or try to Speed it cuz I never stayed there

Plumber’s Getaway

Hotel and rooms are in poor condition; a very old and poorly kept cheap motel. There was no warm welcome, and the attendant/manager insisted that I provided him with my debit car’s pin number to charge the hotel fees to which I declined. Finally, he allowed me to go behind the counter and enter my pin number on the machine, but tried to overlook what I was entering on the machine. The room was nothing like shown on the Hotels.com advertisement; I reserved a queen bed, but was assigned to a double bed room. Everything in the room was in poor condition and the toiled would not flush. Eventually, I purchased a plunger from the nearby Wal-Mart and, after 30 minutes of hard work, unclogged the toilet. This would be a good motel for $30 to $35 per night, but not the $60 per night I had to paid, after fees and taxes. Truly disappointed that Hotels.com offered this hotel on their list of good hotel deals.

I booked a room on April 23rd for April 23rd, drove a car full of kids to hotel to be told there was no room and I wouldn't be charged. I did get charged for this and my free cancellation ran out on April 21st.. Tried to call and got no answer.

2 nights

stayed 2 nights.. almost slept in the car the second night because every time we turned the lights out I felt like the bugs were climbing on me. Lights on.. bugs scamper up the walls..

5 minutes en voitures de main street et 20 minutes a pied, ideal pour la bike week ou biketoberfest moto , matelas défoncé , clim bruyante , train bruyant , réception et service nuls

I wanted a cheap room for after the race so I didn't have to drive home late, the way it worked out it was early morning not late night. I just needed a bed and shower. The room was what I expected for the money. I was well satisfied.

Scary Neighborhood/Run Down Rooms

The best part - it is 10 minutes from Daytona International Speedway. We had to be buzzed into "the lobby" as it is locked down. I assume that is because of the amount of seedy characters conducting shady business on the streets. While the workers were polite they did not have teeth and talked to themselves more than us.

Simple to get to Main St. for Bike Week

It's kinda old but maintained well. The rooms have a standard comfort and are reasonable for the price. It took 5 Min. with the cab to be on Main Street and costs only 10 bucks, which was great. Even it was old, it was clean and we saw remodeling of rooms going on which was not disturbing us.

Wrong room

Made a reservation for a room with 3 beds got to the hotel and the room wasn't even available. Had to setitle on a room with two double beds for 6 people. Would not recommend
