Impresionantes vistas, frente al mar, al norte del muelle Sun Glow y al sur de la casa de la luz, con espectaculares playas. Libre de humo, tranquilo No Drive Beach.

Grandes 3 dormitorios / 3 baños cocina remodelada y baño principal. Puertas corredizas de vidrio al balcón desde el comedor y el dormitorio principal.

Cenar fuera puede ser simple, simplemente camine hasta el muelle Sun Glow. Hay muchos restaurantes locales que no son de cadena que tienen la mejor comida y precios razonables.

Si ha tenido mucho sol y playa durante un día, Disney está a solo una hora de distancia, San Agustín está subiendo la carretera y el Centro Espacial Kennedy está al sur de usted. Alquilar un bote y una caña de pescar es nuestra actividad favorita. No se preocupe, le mostrarán todo lo que necesita saber. Kitchen is very well equipped. I am local and booked for friends from UK. Even though they had the video and knew it was located on the ocean, the actual unit and location exceeded their expectations. 15 min walk to Crabby Joes - the coconut shrimp was better than Aunt Catfish, and the 3 course lunch 20 is true value for money. Norwoods, in comparison was expensive! Pool and deck are wonderful with plenty of loungers.

This is a beautiful and well-appointed condo. It is spacious and we love the first-floor location. The kitchen has everything you need and the open living area is quite roomy for all guests. The check in and check out instructions are clear and easy to implement.

The condo is very clean with nice up to date furnishings. The kitchen is finished up to date. There’s a king bed in all three bedrooms which is very hard to find. My husband and I stayed with two of my children (in their 40’s and their kids). Total, 6 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 elementary age girls. There’s enough seating to gather around the tv, dining table and bar for dinner. There’s at least 6 seats on the balcony. Being on the ground floor near the pool was great with the kids. My compliments to Terry and Cathy on the very comfortable beds and bedding that is clean and fresh. I’ve stayed at many condos with bedding that needed replacing. That one thing taints the whole image of a place for me! I want my vacation spot to be at least the standards I keep at home. Terry and Cathy provide!

Sibling annual get togrther

Perfect for three couples given three king beds, three en suites. Kitchen is great with two large islands, separate coffee bar, and wine cooler in yet another cabinet. No “pinch points” regarding traffic glow. Thus, not always bumping into each other in kitchen/eating area/ den. On first floor so easy quick access to pool. No elevators to deal with. We will return!

Can’t get any better

Annual trip with friends 4th time in a row staying at this condo. So spacious and always very clean. The code to get inside condo is very convenient. Pool is heated which was nice for this spring stay. Sauna works well and is clean. Terry & Cathy are wonderful hosts and keep communication open and timely. Condo is beautiful with lots of amenities

AMAZING

Been visiting Daytona Beach Shore Area and friends the last few years this same week and this was the most Amazing place we ever stayed at. The views were amazing, the location of the condo was perfect for us, the condo itself was amazing too. The owners are friendly and very helpful with everything and anything that you need!! Best ocean view and space for the price!

Our stay was perfect. The condo is huge, spotless, and has everything you need. The views are incredible. We enjoyed having our coffee on the patio. The direct access to pool and beach from the patio is very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Our daughters kept commenting how they had never had king beds to themselves. The communication and info provided for check-in and check-out was very smooth and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Winter Getaway

Our group came for a relaxing winter getaway after some rather difficult previous weeks. It was the perfect place to look out and renew our spirits. We left refreshed and ready to face the world again although wishing that we didn’t have to. Meeting the homeowners was an added bonus. It was good to meet the people responsible for the choices of the furnishings that we thought were so close to the ones that we had made in our home homes. Great view and location

The view and location is amazing. Property and grounds are well kept and the three beds and bathrooms were great for the family. Location is prime to many good places to eat and the owners respond quickly. I would suggest a black out blinds like someone else previously mentioned for the primary bedroom. I would also suggest a better cleaning company, the place was picked up well but there is a lot of clutter inside cabinets and many areas are missed when the cleaners come in

Love, love, love!

We have stayed at this property on two occasions. This condo was ideal for two elderly parents since all rooms have king beds and private, roomy walk-in showers. The first floor location was easy for them to navigate to the pool and chaise loungers since they are a short walk and there is a ramp to the beach. Even we younger folks like the convenience of the first floor access, especially when transporting luggage and groceries. We love the roominess and brightness of the space and the convenient, quiet location in South Daytona. And the owners are wonderful to work with! We highly recommend this condo for a perfect, relaxing vacation.
