Arrival instructions were clear and easy. The condo was exactly as described. The view from the 9th floor is beautiful. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and the dolphins in the mornings. We walked just a couple buildings over to enjoy a dinner and a breakfast at Crabby Joe's. There were plenty of linens provided. That's usually a minor complaint we have. But not here! Our only complaint was having to leave. But we will be back next summer!

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is spectacular. Enjoyed the morning sunrises over the beach. Love the location. Easy access to shopping and restaurants, but away from the busyness of Daytona Beach. Property manager was very responsive to any of our needs. Easy check in process.

Clean, good location

We were in town for a gymnastics meet and the property/unit had everything we needed. Easy access directly to the beach. The pool was under construction. The beach is nicely maintained.

Oceanfront Oasis

This is our 2nd visit to the Aruba and both of our experiences have been great! This condo had every comfortability of home. We were so impressed with the amount of linens so if u have a big family then u r set! We highly recommend staying in this condo and we will be back again. The oceanfront view is always amazing!

Spacious oceanfront condo for family

We found this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo sort of last minute on vrbo. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Beautiful, spacious, and clean, with all amenities. Nice balcony from the 9th floor looking down at the pool and straight out at the ocean, with a very close view of the pier. The host left detailed instructions and all keys and info that were easily accessed after hours on the weekend. The pool was also a decent sized lap pool, with nice shade starting late afternoon so you can get respite from the hot sun if you want. Our kids had a great time enjoying the beautiful beach with nice clean waves for surfing and boogie boarding. We walked to the pier to fish and for lunch. We cooked in three times, and were able to get fresh seafood from a local seafood place right by Dunlawton Bridge and fresh produce from the nearby Publix. Only downside was the rather unpleasant odor walking through the stairwell on the way to the pool/beach walkway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The amenities make it as comfortable as staying at home, with an ocean view. .

Great Condo!

This condo has tons of room for the entire family. The main Bed/Bath are HUGE! All of the beds were very comfortable. The two spare bedrooms are nice and quiet at night, and the shared bathroom has lots of space. The kitchen has plenty of supplies for cooking every meal if you wish to. The washer and dryer appear brand new and are a great luxury to save on space in your suitcase. Although we drove and brought beach towels, we would not have needed to - there are plenty of beach towels provided. There were a couple of folding chairs with the condo, but we decided to rent a set with an umbrella on the beach. The view is amazing, and it is a pretty quiet location even considering we were there on spring break. The only issue we had was that the pool was not very warm the first two days, but that was serviced and was resolved by day 4. It was definitely bath water at that point! Talking to the locals and long-term rentals, the issue hadn't happened the last few weeks and appears to just be a one-off occurrence. It didn't stop us from swimming in the cooler water! We would definitely rent this condo again!

Spring Break

This was our first visit to Daytona Beach Shores and we would definitely come back. Condo was clean with plenty of space for my family of four. Pool was heated, fast elevator, miles of clean beach to walk, convenient grocery stores and good restaurants. It was a nice mix of young families and snow birds.

Beautiful condo.

This three bedroom condo was beautiful and spacious. The view from the balcony was worth the money. Only opportunity would be to fix the hot tub and out door stops on the doors.

Property is in a good location and we appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels. The property has the basics covered but it lacks several things that would have made our stay more comfortable. For example, in the main bedroom, the headboard blocked access to the closest electrical outlet. I purchased an extension cord so that I could plug in my phone charger bed-side. The mattress on the bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable as it provided very little support. It was soft and mushy feeling. The sheets and towels were thin and of very poor quality. The dining room table seemed over-sized for the space where it was located. Perhaps if one was only staying for a week these things would not have mattered but for a month or longer it would be better if they were remedied.

What a great vacation and location

We stayed for a week at Aruba and we could not have had a better week. The condo itself is very nice (can tell it's new) and the fixtures and condo we stayed in were great. Beds were even comfortable which we don't always see. Spent a lot of time on the beach which was easily accessible and the pool which was never really crowded which was nice. The only things we wished we had during our stay was a bit more seating in the living area (just had sofa so had to use dining table chairs to sit as there were 5 of us) and something to add some shade at the pool which I would think the trees will provide as they grow. Super minor things that didn't dampen our visit at all. I would highly recommend the Aruba condos to anyone wanting to spend some time in Daytona in a first class spot.

Beautiful & new!!!

This was our first trip to the Daytona area as a family so we wanted something convenient and with "at home" features that would keep our vacation feeling like a vacation. This condo did not disappoint! The beachfront location was perfect to make visits to the beach short & sweet or to take all of our beach gear down and spend the whole day. The pier was within walking distance and Crabby Joe's restaurant was so easy to grab lunch from. The pool and patio area was clean and well-maintained. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and so, so clean. The furniture and decor was modern and comfortable. There were tons of bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels available. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dishes (even some plastic & kid friendly pieces), cooking utensils, silverware, paper towels, extra trash bags, coffee pot (a definite necessity!), toaster, and full-size range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The kitchen had plenty of cabinet space and a spacious pantry for all of our snacks and our family's staples. The bathrooms had cabinet and drawer storage. The hall bath's closet was big enough for bath towels, beach towels, and plenty of our everyday essentials. The master closet was HUGE and made storing our luggage easy and there was still plenty of space for our clothes and shoes. We had one reserved spot in the underground parking garage but could also utilize the parking lot at ground level (first-come, first-serve). We thought we might have issues parking because our SUV was too tall to go into the underground garage (height limit is 6'8") so our only option was to park in the ground level lot. We didn't have any issues at all and we came & went at various times throughout the week. This was a great condo and great building and we will definitely book it again!

DAYTONA BEACH GETAWAY

We have stayed at a lot of condos in Daytona and this unit ranks up there with all of them. I prefer traffic free beach, but there was a fraction of vehicles in comparison to other areas of Daytona in close proximity to the boardwalk. The condo is close to Ridgewood, Nova and I-95 to allow you optional routes to A1A. No audible road noise and walls seem to be very well insulated. Overall great well needed vacation for our family!

Good getaway at a comfortable Condo!

We had a great time at Daytona Beach Shores. This unit is practically brand new there were a few things we had to call to get taken care and they were taken care of promptly. Great location close enough to see all of the area but far enough away from the main drag of Daytona Beach where all the craziness is! Comfortable beds directly on beach !
