Unidad grande de 3 dormitorios justo en la sección de no conducir de las hermosas playas de Daytona Beach. Esta gran unidad de 1475 pies cuadrados que admite mascotas se ha actualizado por completo con nuevos gabinetes de cocina, encimeras, baños nuevos y azulejos en todas partes. El edificio da al océano y a una fabulosa piscina. WIFI de alta velocidad y cable incluido. Dos grandes balcones: uno con vista al mar y el otro con vista al río. 1 lugar de estacionamiento reservado cubierto y 1 pase de estacionamiento para invitados disponible por orden de llegada. Televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana en todo.

A 11 millas del Daytona International Speedway y del aeropuerto internacional de Daytona Beach, a minutos del Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, a 3 cuadras del famoso muelle de pesca de Sunglow con el restaurante Crabby Joe's, donde se puede comer mariscos frescos cosechados a diario. Awesome place right on the beach, perfect location, quiet but close to many things to do and see. Very clean and the hosts were great at communication and working with us on requests. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Cathy was an excellent host. She was very responsive and friendly. The condo was spotless and well equipped with multiple balconies and a great layout. Our return trip home was delayed, so the washer and dryer were life savers.

Right on the beach - perfect for our family

Very affordable and a perfect location for our family. We went to the beach daily, made our own lunches and dinners daily and loved the location. Could hear the waves crashing as we settled in on a nightly basis.

Life saver

Had to move last minute and this place was perfect. Easy to book and she worked with me on early checkin. Highly recommended this location. Beautiful condo right on the beach. Pool on one side ocean on the other!!!

Great Place!

Had a great week here! The place was updated and very nice inside. Loved the tile flooring throughout, the updated kitchen and the fact that it has two balconies. I would stay here again anytime. The pool was nice and clean and looked to be well maintained. Beach access was nice too!

Fall Break & October Birthday

Had a great stay in Daytona and the location was within walking distance to the beach as well as nearby grocery stores. The condo had so many amenities that made it so convenient for us. Cathy was a great host & communication with her was excellent!

Great Place and Location

This is the best location we’ve found on Daytona Beach. Unit was wonderful, and nicest in the condo. Well stocked with all items needed. Owner is great, immediately responsive to any questions. Recommend staying for Daytona Beach trip.

Race Week In Daytona

We were totally pleased with the cleanliness and general appearance of #304 at the Sea Fern. When we booked the condo, I thought from the photos that perhaps it was Ocean Front although it didn't advertise it that way. In any case we could see the ocean and our stay was wonderful. Second stay at this property , First in this unit

This property is so perfect. Very quiet and on the no drive area of the beach. Covered and assigned parking is awesome. Unit is steps away from parking lot so easy loading/unloading. Unit was clean and had plenty of room. Master was large and living room and kitchen had plenty of room also. The pool is great. Steps from the beach with hose by the entrance/exit to spray off the sand. I absolutely love the location and convenience of this unit and the property in general.

Absolutely amazing

Exactly as described, the furniture was the most comfortable including the beds , of all our stays we have had . Plenty of room for our family of 6 with a nice high chair and a pack n play for grand baby. . The kitchen was fully stocked with Cathy only a call away would drop off anything we needed , Had an issue with the microwave and Cathy was there the next morning with a new one . Loved just walking down stairs to the beach , for the breath taking sun rises. This is a nice, safe, and very friendly neighborhood . We will definitely be back

Condo on the beach

Condo was well appointed. We had 6family members. Unfortunately hurricanes damaged the pool and week had very cold temperatures (ice on rooftops) so our week was out of owner’s control. Daytona Beach is centrally located on east coast so day trips to Space Center, St. Augustine and International Speedway were possible

It has been almost a year, I am now leaving a review

I delayed this review because I know they were trying get the condo ready after the hurricanes, and maybe after a year, it has all been taken care of. Our stay was bad. We were in constant contact with the VRBO host, she tried, but workers were in and out of the unit, they did not knock, or speak English, they wanted us to tell us where screns were stored . Our dogs were in the unit and I was terrified they would walk out the open door. The elevator did not work 3/4 of the time because workers were overloading it to bring up tile. We listened constantly to tile being ground.The other 1/4 of the time we were afraid to use the elevator because we did not want to get stuck in it . I had to carry one dog up and down the stairs and hope the other did not get hurt. We brought bikes and had to haul them up and down the stairs. The walk/pier to the beach was not finished, we were told we could walk a few condos down to access the beach. My kids just jumped, I climbed over the wall and used the neighbors pier, my husband had no choice but to walk down the road. The view was ....overrated. This condo was not ready for renters. I should have asked for compensation but did not want to rock the boat.

Beautiful Vacation

We had the best family vacation ever. We got to Daytona, and there was a lot messed up from hurricane Ian. Although many of the condos were hit, our condo was untouched, and just wonderful. Cathy did a great job keeping our vacation on track, and keeping in touch. I will definitely recommend her and her condos to my friends and family! I am also going to start planning our next vacation, and will be using Cathy again!

Florida trip

We would thoroughly recommend this property on S Atlantic Ave. It was very clean and spacious accommodating four adults easily. The kitchen was well equipped, beds very comfortable and lots of hot water in the bathrooms. The pool setting was great, close to the beach. Fantastic views from the little balcony. Cathy was also very attentive, responding to texts/phone calls and even popping round when we couldn't get the wifi to work. A wonderful place to stay and if we are passing through again we would definitely stay again.

Vacation

Cathy was very helpful and met all our needs and questions. The condo was super clean and very well maintained. Lots of room and plenty of helpful stuff to use on the beach or at the pool. We recommend this condo to anyone needing a little space, 7 of us and our dog had plenty of space and fun. Thanks Cathy.
