Wonderful condo and location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It was very clean and had plenty of space for 4 adults. The location was perfect with direct access to the beach. My husband really loved the heated 80ft heated pool.

Book without hesitation

So much better than the pictures. Great for all ages. Very thoughtfully designed condo complex. Easy access for all to the many elevators. Private secured parking. Best kitchen ive ever used. 2 sinks.....loved it. This place is set up for anyone and everyone.

Luxury pet friendly condo

High standards and expectations. Very easy access to the beach, pool , pet area and condo. Great balcony view even it's not ocean view. This condo was great for our family vacation including our dog!

Great Condo Stay

The Ocean Vistas Condo complex is fantastic. Lobby is beautiful. There is a large rec room with pool table, kitchen and bar. Lots of places to sit and read. The back of the property has a heated pool with lots of chairs, a fire pit and a hot tub. This area also has lots of tables and chairs so you can just sit outside and enjoy the ocean. We always saw people on the premises who work there making sure the place was secure. The unit itself is very comfortable. There are three TVs. Wish there has been instructions on how to work the one in the living room. Took us a few days but finally figured it out. The negatives, which kept me from giving it a 5 star, are that there were only 3 tall glasses and 4 short glasses, Lots of wine glasses but no other kinds of drinks glass such as margarita glasses, etc. As someone else mentioned, pillows, at least in main bedroom, need to be replaced. The towels also need to be replaced. They are very thin, old and mismatched. We were in the unit for a month so I would have liked cake pans, and more than one cookie sheet. I use those items for cooking not for baking. There were bowls for storing food but not mixing. There were only two tablespoons and no ice cream scoop. Also very few hangars. I had to go out and buy some. Left most of them in the unit. These are minor inconveniences and I would rent the unit again. It's just what kept me from giving it 5 stars, considering the cost of the unit.

Beautiful property

Loved this beautiful condo in a very private and secure building. Well equipped with all the comforts of home. Only con is that it is street side so it can get a little noisy at times, but not enough to discourage us from coming back for another stay.

Dance Competition Week

We book for the week during my daughter's dance competition and our stay was great. We had plenty of room and the condo was just as expected. If we ever head back to town, we will defiantly book again!

Pros and cons

The space and floor plan was amazing. We really liked the condo building and rarely had to wait for an elevator, dog walking areas were plentiful, although it took some time to reach them. The kitchen was well stocked yet was lacking in glassware,small bowls and storage containers. The master bath soaking tub had a dark, greasy ring around it. The pillows were flat, thin and hard; the blanket on the master bed had a huge gaping hole. Towels were mismatched and old. We had to buy clothes hangers. The property manager, Lucas, started out to be very responsive and prompt. However, we had to delay the start of our stay due to a medical emergency, and needed to know if we could adjust our arrival time when we finally could start using the condo. We placed multiple calls and texts the day before, but Lucas was busy with buying a car that day so we finally connected at night. He was blisteringly angry at me for bothering him, was horribly disrespectful and ugly over the phone, which greatly upset me. I would not rent from Lucas again.

We really enjoyed the location and the huge kitchen It looked just like the pictures. We didn’t have a single issue. It was great to have parking, pool and beach access. The unit was so spacious for the 3 of us. The check in process was easy as was the check out.

Perfect Spot for Recharging and Relaxing

We just returned from a wonderful week at Ocean Vistas. The entire property overall is clean, welcoming and inviting. Amenities such as the fitness room, heated pool, and large beach area were much appreciated. Even though the walkways from the pool deck down to the beach are not accessible due to hurricane damage, it is a short detour to reach the sand. Beach towels, boogie boards, and a few chairs (a folding beach chair and two or three "bag chairs") are available. There is also a service that sets up chairs and umbrellas along the beach each day starting around 8 a.m. ($40 for two loungers, a small table, and an umbrella). Unfortunately, they gather up everything at 4 p.m. I was told that during the summer months that time is extended to 5 p.m. Our unit (611) was extremely spacious and PEFECT for us! We did not miss being on the ocean side of the complex. The large balcony was utilized every evening, and views of the sunset were spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed the layout of this two-bedroom unit. The primary bedroom suite is roomy and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for clothes and other belongings. The bathroom is exceptional! The smaller second suite, located on the opposite side of the unit, is equally comfortable, with twin beds, nice bath, a spacious closet and attractive décor. Separated by the large, open living area, these two suites are very private and provide direct access to the balcony. I can't say enough about the kitchen. It is equipped with great cookware, lots of prep space and plenty of kitchen "gadgets" for cooking. There is a laundry room directly off of the kitchen which offers a W/D, a sink, countertop and cabinets. Check-in was well organized, and key fobs enabled easy access to the building. There are grocery carts available in the parking garage to transport groceries and other items to the unit. Finally, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the high level of service provided by Lucas both before and during the trip. He was always quick to reply to any inquiries before we arrived. In addition, when I texted with some minor concerns after we had checked in, he responded immediately and was willing to come to our unit to address the issues we encountered. However, we were finally able to resolved them without a personal visit. So...it was a great trip, and I highly recommend this property for those looking for a beautiful and equipped condominium complex!

Most extravagant and elegant condo. It will surely overseer any expectations you will have.

Fabulous in every way. Heated pool in November was a nice surprise. Easy access from condo to pool. Will definitely plan another Vaca with this management team.

This is an elegant condo with everything you would need! Leave your worries behind and enjoy all the amenities! You will want to come back! Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. The property manager will reply promptly to any questions you may have. Lucas is a gem!

Daytona 2022

Everyone we encountered on the property was very nice, the the property was clean, and the condo was as nice as it appeared on the website. Only complaint was having to use the public vehicle ramp to get my elderly father to the beach in his wheelchair. There was another family with a member in a wheelchair as well, so that’s the only criticism I have of the property, but it d stay there again even if it meant no changes in wheelchair access. Very pleasant week.

Excellent stay!!

We found this property the day before we were to leave for vacation as our other accommodations fell through at the last minute. I found this property and booked right away. We had great communication with the property manager. When we arrived they took us on a tour of the property and condo. It was very nice and clean. There are plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans, everything you would need for the week. We were also surprised to find beach chair in the closet for our use on the beach. This property is kept up very well. We will definitely be staying again!!
