This condo is perfect for our family. It is extremely well set up for your convenience. The beds are comfortable. There are plenty of linens, beach towels, beach toys and chairs furnished. The kitchen has been remodeled since our stay last year and is wonderful. Our grandchildren are already talking about us coming back next year. The views are incredible and it is so convenient to the beach. Step out of the patio and walk a few steps to the stairs down to the water. The building is still undergoing construction renovations so the pool remains closed right now, but that was not a problem at all. Most of us are there for the beach anyway!

We make this trip together every year and this property is beautiful, from cleanliness to amenities they have you covered. The location is right on the beach for morning or late night walks, absolutely breathtaking. As soon as I get the dates for next year I will be looking for this again, praying the weather this year treats Daytona good! Thank you so much for making our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible while we were rocking out all day at Daytona Speedway!

Great Condo for a Family

Our family, consisting of 4 adults and 2 grandchildren, stayed for 9 nights in this wonderful condo. It was much larger than I expected and very clean, which is high on my priority list. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to cook actual meals. The microwave was not working so I messaged the property manager and she responded immediately! There is construction in progress so the pool was closed most of our stay and the beach access was blocked. This really wasn’t a problem because there is a public access next door. Our stay was wonderful! We hope to return after the renovations are completed.

Our Stay

This was a very fun, restful & special time with our family. The only drawback was not being able to get out from the patio which was very understandable! We understand this will be completed during the winter months & the reason we have already booked it for next year during this same week! Enjoyed our week very much!

Nice and quiet

Only a few minutes south from the main daytona area but much more peaceful and quiet. The view of the beach is awesome. Would definitely stay here again if we visit the area.

A wonderful stay!

You never know what to expect when staying somewhere for the first time. Sometimes pictures can be deceiving. This was certainly not the case here. We were in town for 5 days for the NCA National Competition. The pool is so close to be completed. Parking was an issue each night, as the contractors are taking up spaces and the garage was not tall enough to accommodate our vehicles, but we made parking spots, and the lady at the front desk was always so understanding. The layout of the condo is perfect. Some things were supplied/left from previous guests. We didn’t cook during our stay, but it looked like anything and everything you would need was available. The first floor view was amazing. The only thing that could’ve made it any better is if we were allowed to bring our dog, but we respect the no pets policy. I’m a germaphobe, and everything was clean! If we’re ever back in Daytona, I’ll certainly attempt to book this condo before looking elsewhere.

Great getaway

We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The property has plenty of space. The sunrise view over the ocean is spectacular. It would have been even better if the patio construction was finished but the discounted price more than made up for the inconvenience of walking around the building to get on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful oceanfront facility with the sound of the waves luring you to sleep and the scent of the fresh sea breeze always in the air. The condo is well maintained, stocked and easy to have privacy, even with a large group.

Great rental!

Nice rental. Very well stocked with all the necessities from towels, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking essentials, cleaning products, beach supplies, etc. I travel a lot and this is the most stocked condo I have ever rented! Location was great. Owner sent all information needed before the trip which was helpful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. I would definitely rent this condo again!

3 bedroom 3 bath no balcony

It's all my fault I did not read all the instructions. I knew the building was being remolded but had no clue that we would have no patio and we had a layer with us that was handicapped. No way could she be able to walk through all the construction to get to beach. Not haven a patio was definitely a deal breaker. The lady was very nice from your office and have us full refund we are all in our 70s and a bit in secure. They let us spend the night so we could find another place the next day. Thank you
