“The house is beautiful loved the layout of home. The Google hub had some family members uneasy due to they felt they were being listened to. The waterfall that was recently installed is a nice addition. Loved all the trees in yard. Yes there is salt water fishing a few were caught and released. All in all had a wonderful time and Brian is very responsive when had questions which was wonderful. The birthday weekend was relaxing and enough room for all to enjoy.”

“Was everything as advertised no hassle”

“Ive stayed at this property in the past but not in this unit. This unit is up to date, clean, well stocked, and well taken care of. The owners have in place all the comforts of home. We had one issue and these owners IMMEDIATELY got the problem handled. Great communication with them, you couldn't pick a better unit. Just hope you dont pick the date we will want next year, as we will be back. Who ever decorated had a feel for beachy chic, perfect touches. Thank you for such a comfortable home.”

“All new and fresh everything. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and sundries. Saved us money. General dollar 3 min walk has groceries, produce, like a small supermarket. Beach easy 4-5 min walk at park entrance. Quiet street. This place was perfect. The hosts provided beach gear, bikes, etc. Usually the descriptions and photos of many VRBO are dated, and when you arrive, the places a worn. This place was just the opposite. “Enjoyed our week at the beach house. Comfortable for our family of 8. Very close to the beach, great for morning walks. Easy access to many tourist activities that we took in such as Daytona Raceway, The Casements, Chocolate Factory tour and several restaurants. We spent our evenings playing games provided by the host family with the grandchildren. We have wonderful family memories from our week at Daytona Beach. A nice relaxing way to end our vacation.”

“I can't say enough good things about our stay. The house was immaculate. The host made sure you had everything you needed or wanted when you arrived. We had homemade chocolate chip cookies, wine, coffee, dish soap, cascade, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, etc. There was everything imaginable for cooking upon entering this home. “Wonderful house - perfect for two to six people, especially if traveling with kids/dogs. The house is clean and well-furnished, with a generous, fenced-in back yard. The communication and check-in process is seamless and the host is extremely responsive if you've questions. Highly recommend.”

“The house sits at a fantastic location. The Halifax river for sunsets to one side and the ocean for sunrises sits on the other side of the road where the house is located. Walk to a Publix or to Bruno’s pizza at the Publix mall. Other little stores in the mall as well. Stop lights to cross over A1A is quite helpful and Dunkin’ close by for your caffeine fix. In my opinion the house is perfect. Lots of parking and a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. Check in was no issue and the management was company was easy to reach. Both door handles and locks on the two ground floor doors are in such bad shape they need to be completely replaced. I had to use a screwdriver just to temporarily keep the back door closed and locked. I let management know and so hopefully this will get fixed. Place was otherwise clean and the kitchen had every utensil, dish, spice etc you could need.”

“Spent a week spring break with my family in Florida. Excellent pool area, the kids loved it. The kitchen was used for every day cooking and barbecuing. Kitchen was especially spacious and easy to organize our stuff. the extra bedrooms were comfortable for my Parents and Sister and her children.
