“The view and location were perfect, has enough space, bedrooms, and bathrooms, towels. Only the game table was not working. There were only small details about cleaning, but everything else was perfect.”

“Condo is updated and very clean. Harry was a great host, we contacted him with a request and he responded immediately and was more than willing to accommodate our request without hesitation. I would definitely book again when returning to Daytona! The living room balcony gives you a view of the ocean and the city, very pretty view of city at night. ”

“Great house with plenty of space! Multiple common areas outside to sit and visit. Two minute walk to the beach where we witnessed a turtle nest hatching! The house comes with all of the chairs, beach toys, etc as well as beach towels! The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking essentials and paper goods to get us started! The beds were clean and comfortable! We love Cinnamon Beach and will be back again!”

Tons of great restaurants 5 minutes away and grocery and liquor stores too. Beautiful neighborhood with friendly folks who respect each other's peace and quiet. “I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host was very informative, we had such a clean room and hotel and general, and we were close to so many things to do. Although the building is under construction, I still believe we got the best experience we could. Be warned, parking as of writing this is first come, so we couldn’t park in the lot on 4th of July. Besides that, 9/10 experience!”

“I don’t usually go into too much detail in reviews but this was by far the best vacation house we’ve stayed in and we do FL vacations every year. The house/location had something for everyone. Our group ranged from 8 to 65 years old. Not one time, during our week long stay, did a child say they were bored. The property was large and secluded. The pond with the fountain was beautiful. The outdoor kitchen area was great. The private beach just steps down the road was great for kayaking and...

“We had a wonderful time visiting with our son who is a flight instructor in Daytona. This is a great location for a family to gather. Embry Riddle Aeronautical University is about 10 minutes away if you are visiting your child during the school year and looking for a place to stay nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet. The host, Scott, is very communicative and helpful. ”

“My husband, our adult son and his girlfriend stayed 2 nights at this very cute beach bungalow with our dog Bubba. Everyone had a fantastic time. Easy check in and the place was super clean and inviting. Fantastic ocean views from the living room and easy walk to the beach. Nice grass lawn for some toss and games. No cooking but kitchen seemed outfitted fine with nice dining space for 4.”
