Geachte , hier begrijpen wij echt niets van. Elke gast krijgt bij aankomst een sleutel met toegang in de kamer en toegang in het hotel 24 h. bij aankomst wordt U dit nogmaals uitgelegd. ook naast de deur is er een nachtbel zelf zijn wij 24 h telefonisch bereikbaar en de telefoonnummer staat ook op Uw kamersleutelkaart. Meer is niet mogelijk hé. bij het uitchecken maakt U ook hiervan geen melding. Ik vrees dat het door U aangekaarte probleem niet bij het hotel ligt.
