“Charming Bungalow with Spacious Yard was a lovely home to spend the week. The neighborhood is quiet with a nice park (has a summer pool too) in walking distance. Shopping and dining is also close. The weather during my stay showed this place stays warm during the cold spells and would be great to enjoy the backyard with the grill. “I have a couple of suggestions. The musty smell in the house might be helped by cleanng out the fireplace. You might add washcloths to the bathrooms - not everyone uses them, but some of us do regularly. The prompt response to the need for 8 lightbulbs in the house was appreciated - might want to check bulbs before the next customers arrive. Visitors should be aware that the two bathrooms in the house are small - if 8-10 people are living in that house, that should be a consideration. ”

“Cleaning crew had not changed the sheets, there was hair and debris on the fitted sheet. The house smelled like an open sewer. The house was cute in a very questionable neighborhood.”

“Very receptive host both before and during our stay. Stayed there for work based on the great location - close to I-35 as well as 3 parks within a few blocks of the house (bonus for our dog walks). House had everything we needed for our 2 1/2 week stay (obviously we bought our own groceries, but basics were provided!) ”
