A beautiful rustic home, very well maintained, ensuring a very comfortable home from home experience. Sandy and Pete are so welcoming , the hospitality they extend is wonderful, every need is anticipated and catered for. Breakfasts are absolutely delicious. Five stars are very well deserved.

Perfect bnb

We were 3 couples on a walking weekend staying at Solley farm to walk the Saxon Shore way. Everything was absolutely perfect from the friendly greeting on arrival until the moment we left.

Very nice small B&B, in superb location

The owners are very friendly, the small cottage is super cozy, the breakfast was very nice, the service was amazing and I have never been to such a clean B&B, I enjoyed my 2 days stay very much and would absolutely use this place again if I’m in the area. Highly recommendable!

Lovely rural setting, local to Sandwich and Deal

Lovely village, great room, good choice at breakfast. Easy to get to Sandwich and Deal for a day or two out.

Ett underbart ställe/A lovely place

En underbar plats som jag egentligen vill behålla för mig själv för flera återbesök. Måste upplevas. Främst för miljön, lugnet och det underbara värdparet som gör hela vistelsen personlig utöver det vanliga. Du kommer lära känna ägarparet vid förnamn om du åker hit och gillar du att vara nära värdparet i deras historiska hem är detta platsen för dig. Om du tycker det är för personligt att bli uppvaktad och ompysslad till 100 procent, så bör du välja ett mer anonymt hotell istället. A lovely stay and I actually want to keep this place to my self to visit again, but I can tell you so much that I will return some day if I can. Wish I stayed more than one day. If you go there you vill find the hosting and service 100 percent excellent.

Zeer goede bed en breakfast.

Heel netjes aardige mensen. Mooie kamers, echt Engelse cottage stijl. Badkamers erg goed. Bedden op z'n Engels 140 x 200 maar zeer comfortabel. Hele mooie tuin. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Vlak bij Deal waar kiezelstrand is. Ook vlak bij Sandwich voor golfers. Het adres is in Worth!! en niet in Deal zoals op jullie site. Helaas waren wij veel te kort daar om het dorp te bekijken. Maar zeker aan te bevelen. Niet goedkoop, maar waar voor je geld.

Perfect Weekend

This B & B makes for the perfect weekend away. From before we arrived every last detail was taken care of, the owners contacted us prior to see if there was anything we needed assistance with. During our stay they offered a number of great suggestions of things to do and where to eat.The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, warm and homely. For a great weekend whether you want to explore or sit back and relax I highly recommend Solley Farm House.

Definitely returning here

This was a solo getaway for 2 nights but wushes I had booked for 2 months. It was so beautiful. I knew I was in for a treat even when I arrived at their driveway entrance. The whole feeling was perfect. The owners were welcoming and friendly. Cuppa and homemade cake were offered the moment I walked through the front door. My room was totally 5 star as advertised. There were so many extras in the room it felt very special.

Great B&B

Solley Farm House is what every B&B should aspire to become, it is so warm and friendly you do not want to leave! The little touches are the memories you take away with you (fresh fruit, choccies and flowers, every day). Sandy and Peter are the perfect hosts, I inadvertently left my necklaces behind and Sandy very kindly returned them to me within two days. We cannot recommend Solley Farm House enough. A very special place to stay. All our very best wishes to Sandy and Peter for the future. Jen and Dave Cromar

A beautiful place to stay in a quiet village

As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by Sandy and Peter and nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and we immediately felt at home. I shall certainly recommend the place to my friends.

Great weekend away

Lovely farmhouse and a very comfortable room with lots of extras in bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was delicious with a choice of English or continental. Sandy and Peter made you feel at home, could not do enough for you. I would recommend this to friends and family.

A little piece of heaven in an English village.

We spent two relaxing days in a lovely English village. The accommodation was country cottage style at it's best. The breakfast menu offered a range of high quality, responsibly sourced options. Our hosts were charming and attentive. Far exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful and characterful house.

Beautiful and characterful house set in the centre of an historic village next to the village pond which has resident ducks. Sandy and Peter, the hosts, could not be more welcoming with tea and cake on arrival. The property is maintained and run to the highest standards. The room is very well appointed and beakfast is of top quality served in a delightful room set out with all you could need. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent 5* B&B

We enjoyed our weekend in the Solley Farm House a lot. We felt be treated like in a 5* hotel but with the warmth of a good old B&B. The room with en suite bathroom was pretty large and with everything what we needed - even more : we never managed to eat all the treats... - and the landlady provided us with cake and coffee/tea when we needed it. We will come! Highly recommended and well worth it price! The surrounding of the hotel was beautiful countryside and it is a 10 min walk away from Sandwich, a pretty medieval town

Wonderful Service

Thank you so much to Sandy and her husband for our wonderful weekend break. We stayed in the Gold Room and it was very comfortable and clean. The service is impeccable and the breakfast divine. Would not hesitate to recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Superb B&B in Kent; great location for long walks

2 nights in April 2014. Golden room very well tended. Extremely sympathetic hosts Sandy and Peter. Memorable breakfast and remarkable dinner recommendations. Would recommend to anyone I truly care for who's looking for a place to remember their weekend in Kent forever.

A perfect stay.

/my husband and I had the most amazing stay! Sandy was a brilliant host - the room was everything we could have wished for and had everything! The breakfast was delicious. Sandy made us feel so welcome and at home. We would definitely return and recommend a stay here to anyone. It was also very close to a couple of local pubs serving great evening food and really close to lots of different activities.

Easter Get Away

Our hostess, Sandy was lovely. She couldn't do enough for us. We had the Gold Room which was lovely and warm and cosy. Breakfast was amazing - we even had proper butter dishes and a tea cosy which you dont see much of in Guest Houses/Hotels these days. It was a lovely cottage and look forward to going back soon.
