Beds were comfy, and it was nice having a TV in both bedrooms. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had, and it was great having a washer and dryer available to use. “Ranch at Royal Oak is a great house with a spectacular host. The communication was stellar. The house is in excellent condition with everything you need right at the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end towels, linens, utensils, glasses, knives, bowls, plates, etc. The kids and adults loved the pool and fishing on the dock. Access to St. Michael's is very easy. We will be back!”

“The Oaks is in an absolutely perfect location and checks all the boxes a large family needs for a stay. We booked it for our wedding at the AYC for close family and it was far superior to booking 6 hotel rooms where everyone would have been locked in their own rooms. They hung out and spent a great time together on the main level. It was nice to be at a historic home with all the fun quirks. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend! ”

“Home was exactly as anticipated. Very clean, thoughtful accommodation details, organized, beautiful sunrise views, quiet neighborhood/houses in near proximity. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway. Owner/host communications are detailed and responsive to inquiry.Kentmorr Restaurant and Marina is close. Enjoyed a half day fishing charter catching the Rock Fish limit. Don’t miss the sunsets from this location. ”
