I arrived to check in told the front desk we made a reservation from a third party . We did the normal check in routine and then I shared we have a ADA animal and says it’s a charge . I said you can’t charge for ADA animals and she proceeded to tell me that if I had the dog with me I wouldn’t have been charged . I said the dog is our daughters who is in the car . She said it had to be with me. She continued to tell me I was being rude and that I had to pay a deposit and continued to charge me for the ADA animal anyway. Came to the room - it reeks of mold and AC doesn’t work well. Carpet is musty and wet ( wear shoes) mold or some type of dark substance is on the ceiling of the bathroom. I’m trying to calm kiddos with sensory and autism so this will be a NOT fun night! There is no where to get food unless you want gas station or vending machine food. In addition, you have a company who doesn’t know federal law and can’t find any number to corporate.
