“Everything was great and as expected. We showed up late in the dark and the lights were turned on for us. The place is quite large - there were 4 of us and room for more. Everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay again.”

“Just wanted to get away for a few days and disconnect. Found this lovely property and the dog and I chilled out in this beautiful little house. Everything you could possibly want and so nicely appointed. Close to the river and great hiking trails nearby. The sofa was so comfy to relax on after a day out and about. Relaxing in the firepit area provided a great view of the river and stunning sunsets The owners were wonderful and easy to work with and I would definitely recommend a stay!!!”

“We had a wonderful time. Very quiet and relaxing. Wi-Fi worked fine. The 2 tv's in the living room areas worked just fine but could not get the tv in the bedroom to work. Overall it was a very enjoyable and relaxing time. Sure we will be going back again.”

“This is a perfect little spot to enjoy all that Decorah and the surrounding area has to offer. It was just like home the minute we stepped in. There are stairs to go up to the apartment, from street side and alley side so be prepared for that. The parking spot in the back is an added bonus!”
