Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was not operational which attributed to the 4-star rating. ”

Unlike a typical hotel where the room’s aircon is centralized and left on before the guest check-in. Guam Plaza Resort uses a split type aircon that would only be turned on upon the guest’s entrance in the room. “me gusto el eapacio, amplio, aereado, cocina equipada, la atencion en recepcion buena, los airea funcionando muy bien, pero lo que me moleato fue que aparecieron unos bichitos chiquitos en la cocina parecias hormigas blancas estuve alojada 4dias y aparecieron todos los dias, deberian de tratar de ver porque aparecwn esoa bichos es molesto, por lo demas todo ok.”
