“I was very disappointed with the quality of services provided by the staff, particularly front office/reception staff. They did not seem to be well trained and professional in their approaches For example, I had to request them to arrange the welcome ritual and welcome drink for us. We had to wait to get the room even after reaching after 2 pm. “Estuvimos con unos amigos en una epoca un poco fria, pero se hacia insoportable estar en un espacio en comun ya que no habia calefaccion y apenas nos ofrecieron un caloventor por habitacion. El restaurante estaba oscuro, falto de toda decoracion, con ventanas cerradas... y a pesar de que la atencion de los mozos y cocineros fue muy bueno ( lo mejor diria), se hacia dificil estar en ese lugar desayunando o cenando. Recibimos el 2014 en ese hotel..... y tuvimos que ponerle mucho entusiasmo.”
