“We never received a check in email. We messaged the host an hour before arriving and then called and messaged once we arrived. We didn’t hear back from the host until a few hours after the 3:00pm check in. Since we never received check in instructions and couldn’t get a hold of the host it took us a while to figure out how to get in the house in 100 degree weather with two little kids. “Great time, perfect location! We spent a long weekend with three other adults who were visiting BBDE for the first time. The location was great for spending the day at any of the area beaches, plus the ocean beach is just a half mile walk from the cottage. The cottage is just as described and pictured. Really nicely renovated place with comfy furniture and everything you need for a beach trip. Beautiful scenery, walkable area. Great communication throughout the process. We'd definitely stay here...

“Lovely, dog-friendly pool house/cabin. Excellent location within walking distance of the main street. Pool is lovely but a little cold with the cover on most of the time. Mattress is on the softer side. Would return.”
