“This was our second time staying at the house ! We love it so much !! Great location close to everything and perfect r for our family !! Highly recommend this place !!!”

“We had a wonderful stay and truly felt at home. The cottage has a lot of character and isn’t brand new anymore—but that’s part of its charm. 😊 The only thing we really found ourselves wishing for was a dishwasher (our kids somehow never volunteered! 😄). What makes this place truly special, though, is Helen and TJ. They are, without a doubt, the kindest and most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always responded quickly, and genuinely...

“You know how people don’t want to share contact information for a good babysitter or hairdresser? This place was so great, I almost don’t want to share this gem. However, that would be unfair to the place, as it is so incredibly charming. It’s the perfect combination of matching interior charm with authentic family collections. It feels like you’ve been welcomed to a family member’s cabin. The beds were great. House was sand-free when we got there and everything we needed was there. The location...

“Beautiful home and very close to the beach! Excellent communication!”

“The location of the property is exceptional. If we had nice weather, we would have been on the beach the entire time (as it was only less than half a block away). The property is small. It is smaller than we expected. For items like the ceiling fans, we had a hard time figuring out which electrical switch went to what fixture. The fan in the master bedroom did not work at all (no matter which switch we tried). The property is not big enough for 4 people and a large dog. We enjoyed...

“Third summer spending a week at this beach house. Steps from the beach, fence for the dog, and comfortable interior with adequate kitchen for family meals. The addition of the flattop iron grill was a bonus!”

“We enjoyed our stay. Very nice community. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Thanks, Sharon.”

“The cottage is perfect for two people. It was extremely well-equipped, clean, and charming. The location is great; it is close to everything yet it is on a quiet street. The hosts are amazing! They are super-responsive but non-intrusive. We had the opportunity to meet them and found them people that we would have liked to spend time with. We would be likely to stay in the cottage when we return to Rehoboth Beach.”

“The host was phenomenal, answered my questions quickly and was always polite. The house was clean and super close to the beach and Dewey restaurants. House had everything we needed.”

“The place was amazing!”
