“Me gustó en especial la ubicación y precio es excelente ”

“Clean and comfortable rooms. Bathrooms were clean, but kind of small. The breakfast is excellent, omelette, fresh fruit and juice, pastries, fresh coffee, etc. Couldn’t ask for better, location is just a few blocks from Boardwalk or Rehobeth St, Garage parking. I highly recommend the Palmer House, we had a wonderful stay.”

“Great place and great location. We would love to stay again.”

“Where do I begin! This was the cleanest property we have stayed at, offering a peaceful atmosphere. We felt well cared for, from the thoughtful amenities to the warm hospitality from Richard. Tastefully decorated, this property allows you to stretch your legs and enjoy the tranquil views from the balcony. About a 30 minute drive from Rehoboth beach, it serves as a perfect home base. The town of Milton itself was also charming, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options a short walk...

“My 2nd stay. Every aspect of this property is impeccable. From the exterior to the interior. Attention to detail is impressive. Relaxing atmosphere. Richard is a wonderful host.”

“The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated. The garden was well designed and much enjoyed by our group on the unexpected 70F late November day. The location of the house made for easy walks around town to the grocery store, shops and restaurants, the post office, and the beach. It was the perfect "home base" for a few days in Lewes. We're already looking forward to our next stay!”

“Travis was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! I needed a place near my condo while renovations were happening and his place was just perfect! Extremely clean, had everything anyone would need! Beautiful wooded area with deer, owls, bunnies…I loved everything about this carriage house and will be back again!”
