nivel humano

Todo el personal, especialmente los chicos de la recepción muy, muy amables y solícitos pero fallan en limpieza de las habitaciones y en especial los baños necesitan una limpieza profunda y una cortina para la ducha pues se inunda todo el baño cada vez que te bañas y no hay como escurrirlo. No usé las toallas pues su aspecto era percudido y mal lavado. El desayuno incluido siempre estuvo incompleto y no hay forma de que entiendan qué es un huevo frito. A mi modo de ver requieren urgentemente un jefe de mantenimiento que revise con criterio internacional las condiciones de limpieza de los baños y habitaciones y dirija el personal.

Cancelled my booking, dirty and bad service

They cancelled our booking because the hotel was full. The service was terrible, the hotel dirty and the 2 guys from the reception very rude. I saw the room because first they said they have to clean the room (21:30 hrs) and you can see the dust everywhere. I don’t recommend this hotel. Nothing positive. After 14 hrs traveling we had a terrible experience there. They did the same to at least 4 other booking when we were there waiting.

Avoid Grace hotel, it's the worst of its kind.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days.on the day of checkin the receptionist told me that they have not received money from expedia. So I need to talk to expedia to clear the payment. Otherwise I will have to pay. OOPS! That was the first conversation. In my booking, breakfast was included for all 3 guests. They insisted that breakfast was for 2 people and not for 3. They even said that they don't care of what was there in the Expedia system and handed a bill to me for the 3rd persons breakfast. They also switched off the power in the middle of the night. They switched it on only when I told them strongly to take care of this. The front desk staff was rude and will try snatched money whenever they find any means to do it.The facility is dirty. Bathroom floor floods with water and never dries. Breakfast : my breakfast was continental included what I got was oily indian aloo parathyroid and milk-tea

no WiFi, towels, soap or taxi...

WiFi didnn't work, no towels or soap and staff were more interested in chatting to their friends in reception than talking to me when I went to try to sort these things and get a taxi for the morning ordered. the hotel says they can arrange airport transfer taxi for 650 Rupees, but they didn't give me the chance to arrange it because too busy having their own conversations with mates, so I went down the road and arranged one myself for 250 rupees! There are loads of hotels in this area - better to just try a few and choose one which in nice and more helpful if you are only staying the night in transit (and you certainly wouldn't stay there for any other reason!)

Yuck

The most disgusting place I've ever stayed, the room was filthy, the bed sheets looked like they hadn't been washed in a long time, there was body hair on the bed and jam stains, the hot water didn't work, the bottle water was repackaged Will never visit this place again

Great value for money

Excellent value for money. Not quite as new and shiny as the photos show. Take your own towel and soap. No choice for breakfast - just toast and tea with only one type of juice. Can't complain for the price though, still a bargain.

Das Hotel wäre eigentlich tiptop, wenn das gebuchte Zimmer auch wirklich verfügbar wäre... Bei unserer Ankunft war das Hotel voll und wir mussten für die erste Nacht in ein schlechtes Hotel auf der anderen Strassenseite ausweichen.

Sofa schmutzig. Zigarretten Stummel im Nichtraucherzimmer. WC Spülung defekt. (Eimer steht bereit). AC Lärm wie aus Disco. AC nicht einstellbar. (Nur ON/OFF mit voller Leistung)

The room was freezing cold. The sheets was stained. When they were to bring us an extra bed the staff came in with an mattress that they threw on the floor. They put on a wet sheet on it that also was stained. Even if they brought us a new dry sheet we ended up sleeping three of us in the double bed to keep warm. The staff was not very friendly and just spoke very basic english.

Close to Airport

Staff were less than friendly on arrival. Looked like the bedding hadn't been changed from the previous residents. Shower didn't work! Overall very dissappointed in our stay, only thing going for this hotel was that it's fairly close to the airport.

OK som lufthavnshotel

Vi ankom kl. 1 om natten og bestilte værelser var IKKE klar. Efter forvirring fik vi nøgler til de for 3 dage 2 bestilte værelser. Værelse 1 var ikke gjort istand efter sidste gæst og vi fik et andet. Her var der tilsyneladende gjort iorden, men vi løftede dynen og var et stort hul i det meget beskidte lagen og dyne. Fik skifter sengelinned, men jeg tvivler at dette var helt nyvasket.. Værelse 2 bar også præg af at sengen blot var blevet redt efter sidste gæst. Det ligger MEGET tæt på¨lufthavnen, hvilket vi havde valgt med vilje. Kørte til Midt Delhi for 200 rub. og fik god dag der. Indiens største og bedste malls ligger kun 3 km, væk. Et besøg værd for at slappe lidt af med vestlig stemning. Ved afgang fra hotellet den 3 morgen, havde vi bestilt vækning kl. 0630, morgenmad, som iøvrigt var meget kedeligt, da man ikke kunne servere det der var på menuen, kl. 0700 sharp og taxi til LH kl. 0730. Dette blev gentaget gentagne gange ved receptionen og igen telefonisk fra receptionen. Vi blev vækket kl. 0600 og kl. 0730 var morgenmaden stadig ikke ankommet. Den måtte vi rykke for. Taxien blev først bestilt, da vi var klar i receptionen. Vi er bestemt ikke tilfreds med hotellet. Det kan ikke leve op til et lufthavnshotel, hvor man er afhængig af at tiden overholdes. Personalet virkede meget sløvt og ligeglad med situationen, incl. manageren, der blot grinede ad os. SUM: kan IKKE anbefales.

Close to airport but neighborhood is not great.

The hotel is close to domestic and international terminals. Transport to the airport is available by taxi and autorockshaws. The neighborhood is made of narrow bylanes and not particularly impressive. The hotel room is large and clean but breakfast and dining services are not efficient. Overall cheap and B grade hotel; the only advantage is proximity to the airport.

Very spacious, comfortable, with good amenities, only thing was the towels and the bedsheets were not very new...appeared clean but very old they need to change it ...good hotel for overnight stay....

Perfect Transit Hotel

I was coming from Dubai. Driver was their with a warm welcome with a proper plug card. hotel look quite nice. Nice big room with clean bathroom, Lovely Indian food. my wife loved it very much, staff was very humble and nice. Services was very awesome

Horrible hotel - absolutely no grace, a shame!

The total experience right from the point I called them from the Airport is horrible. Someone picked up the call and when I asked what's the best way to reach the hotel, the fellow asked me to wait right there and came along in his own car! The hotel is just about 5 mins from the airport and he ripped me off of Rs.400 as taxi. The hotel room was disgusting. The sheets and bed were not even seen a wash. I think they don't have the system of cleaning anything at all. The bed linen was awfully dirty and clumsy. I couldn't sleep on the bed (even after they changed it). I had to spend all night sitting in a corner. They said before I arrived that they have a room-service and a restaurant whereas when I wanted to order food, the room-boy said they don't have and obliged to bring me food from a nearby restaurant. I don't know where he brought food from, it was again, awful and they ripped off another Rs.300. Overall, they seemed like a bunch of thugs and I STRONGLY recommend NOT to go to this hotel.

Decent

Decent hotel. Resturant was closed but they offered room service. The roomservice boy woke us up at 01am to get the trays. Not what you want when your going travelling the next day. It had warm water and was semi clean.

A perfect place with good service.

We stayed at the Grace hotel New Delhi for a night on a tour of Agra-Delhi just for one night, did not want to spend a fortune. But, all we needed basic amenities and clean room. And the grace hotel was the perfect choice. Clean place, clean room, clean washroom, all basic amenities, a restaurant in the hotel, a store beside for small commodities. perfect place, less noise

I love to sleep & i was really tired, bed was really comfortable, their was no external uneven sound. thinks get sort out easily if any problem.. clean laundry. will come again. but no buffet breakfast. that was fine. thanks guys. will come again
