“A really really disappointing stay!!! When we arrived we had to wait about 10 minutes for one of the workers to come and "book" us in. Basicly he just received our payment and gave us the key. On arroval to the room what a disappointment!! Not clean at all. The coffeemugs were stained brown, the glasses dirty. The bed!! O my soul!! “The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The breakfast is fantastic, and the service is generally good, although at dinner with only one waiter, the wait was agonizing. The hotel is already showing signs of deterioration, and although they are trying to paint the walls, it needs renovation (the hall smelled strongly of paint). The TV was very old and not a smart TV, so there was no option to connect my cell phone.”

“I booked this place for my mom and her friend who were visiting friends and didnt want to drive home in the dark. Upon arrival, they were checked in and the male reception staff watched 2 elderly woman struggle to carry their suitcases up the stairs while he watched his movie.
When they got to their room, their were no towels, the bathroom tap was loose and wobbly and the tv wasnt working.
They went down to call the service desk to assist, and after an hour he managed to get youtube to work,...
