“This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing and greeted us each time we walked in the doors. While not necessary it did give us the opportunity to ask for extra towels etc without feeling like a burden. The hotel was very clean and the pool was fabulous! We will be back, nothing better if your visiting birch bay. BB hotels aren’t this nice. ”

“Mountain was amazing and the cabin was great!!! The bed was so comfy and we can barely ever say that when staying away from home, lol. Wish we could have used the hot tub but the neighbors at the other place were super loud, it wasn't the best hot tub environment. That was it though.... Everything else was fabulous!!”

Although the latter looked challenging, it turned out fine because of the great railings on the sides.Even in our seventies we managed and the loft was lovely. We had rainy weather so part of the day we just enjoyed staying at home and the next day a cleared a little and we went up to the nook's sack falls which were spectacular.
