6/10 Aceptable

This review would be all five stars except for two (very fixable) things that lowered the rating:1) There was no wifi or cell service at the property. This would normally be just fine - I mean, we stayed here to get away! - except that we had no heads-up about this until we picked up our key. My spouse and I were staying in Glacier for our wedding, and the lack of communication made it very challenging to coordinate with our families. If we had known that wifi and phone comms were out before we arrived, then we could have planned out a communication strategy beforehand.2) Mice. Lots of them. Our first night staying in the cabin, I was awakened by a skittering sound in the kitchen and, over the course of about 10 minutes, I saw five mice running around the kitchen and living room. After a largely sleepless night, I called the next day and the staff kindly came out to place traps. But for the rest of our stay, we turned fans on at nighttime to drown out the sounds of the mice downstairs (I never saw one upstairs in the bedroom, thankfully) and we observed mouse droppings accumulate in the kitchen over our stay, so we know they were still there. My wife and I are chill, and I would not have mentioned the above if the staff had offered some kind of compensation or even responded with a tone (or preferably actions) that suggested that they cared. But other than the trap setting - which we appreciated! - we have received no communication, apology, or compensation offer.
