“Lovely getaway in nature with very nice hosts.”

“Nice house”

“Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor...

“The property is very centrally located and an easy walk to the centre of town. Plenty of restaurants etc nearby and a Tesco round the corner. Beds were comfortable and I liked that one room had twin beds. Communication with the team was very good. Please note that parking is not included (I had thought a permit might be provided during our stay but check in details received the day before advised us to use a car park nearby). Car park at the end of the street charged us £10 per day, so not a...

“Beautiful house. Very clean and has everything we needed while on our stay. The communication was great, so it was a straight forward visit. The night time we went to the pub, literally next door. Very friendly bar lady. Hopefully she will see this as well. So thank you all :) See you next time! X”

“The property was warm and had everything we needed for a few days away. It could do with a new stair carpet and we couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to work? It came equipped with cooker, toaster, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hoover etc. The beds we found comfortable. The area was quiet. Street parking and was on a slight incline.”

“Bungalow was lovely, clean and spacious ”

“The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

“We loved this, great positioning in the town, easy to walk to, clean and tidy. Has 2 double beds, 2 rooms with 3 beds, a one with 2 beds. It worked well for us and much better and cleaner, professional than expected -”

“Great stay at a lovely house. Well presented with everything you could possibly want for your holiday. Highly recommended. ”
