"I booked this hotel for my daughter, as she was competing in a nationalsports event at Brunel University and this was the closest hotel to the event that had rooms available and I didn’t want her to have to have added stress dealing with accommodation on competition day. From the outset there were problems. Firstly, my daughter didn’t receive her check-in information, so I had to phone the contact information on here. It turns out that it wasn’t the right information and I was given a number for the hotel. When I called them, I was told the room wasn’t paid for Yet, so I sent a transfer using Wise. I was then told that the transfer hadn’t gone through even though it had on my account, and that my daughter would have to pay again. In the end, I said I was not happy with this and I would pay if the transfer have not come through by the end of the stay. I haven’t received any notification yet, so I assume it did. When my daughter entered her room, there was another person in it. She had been given the wrong room details and as the room could be entered with a code, anyone with that code could get in her room, as she did with someone else. When she entered her room, finally, she found hair in the shower. When I contacted the hotel again about this, they said the room had been cleaned and no one else had been in it. I beg to differ. My daughter informed me that she could not sleep because the noise was so bad coming from other rooms as there was no soundproofing."

"It's super easy to arrive from and to the Heathrow Airport through Bus Line U3. The owners were really kind. It was a nice check-in process and they recommended me local restaurants and transport options."
