The Space:

Set in an incredible position beside Denhams Beach, this spacious split-level home is made for relaxed South Coast holidays with family and friends.



The upper level is the heart of the home, with a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living area and plenty of room for everyone to come together. Step outside onto the covered deck, fire up the BBQ and enjoy the coastal outlook while listening to the ocean.



Downstairs provides additional bedrooms, a kitchenette and bathroom facilities, giving larger families or groups extra room to spread out during their stay.

Outdoor Living



The real highlight is the location.



The fully enclosed yard has its own private gate providing direct access to Denhams Beach, making it easy to head down for an early morning swim, an afternoon on the sand or an evening stroll along the shoreline.



There are also two covered outdoor areas, including an upstairs entertaining deck with beach views and BBQ facilities — a beautiful spot for long lunches, sunset drinks and relaxed evenings together.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the main areas of the home, outdoor entertaining spaces, enclosed yard, beach access and designated parking.



There is parking available for up to five vehicles, with a carport, single lock-up garage and additional driveway parking.



Please note that some locked bedrooms and the attic are reserved for owner storage and are not available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Denhams Beach is one of the Batemans Bay area's beautiful coastal pockets, and this property puts the beach virtually at your back door.



Spend your days swimming, walking the coastline or simply relaxing at home and enjoying the sea air. Nearby Surf Beach offers an IGA and local café/takeaway, while Batemans Bay is only a short drive away for shopping, dining and local attractions.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider Batemans Bay and Eurobodalla region, although once you're settled in there is very little effort required to reach the beach — simply head through the backyard gate.



Surf Beach is approximately 1.3 km away, with local shops and café options available in the area.

-This is a split-level home.

-The downstairs accommodation is accessed through the garage area.

-The property does not have Wi-Fi.

-Pets are not permitted.

-The yard is fully enclosed.

-Linen and bath towels are provided; guests should bring their own beach towels.

-Some locked rooms and the attic are not available for guest use.
