The apartment is located in the Vistamar building, just 30 m from the beach of Punta del Raset beach. One of the best beaches in Denia. It is very well located, facing the beach and only 250 meters from the beginning of the promenade with restaurants, shops, cafes and everything you need.



The apartment has a kitchen, a large dining room and 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a large and comfortable double bed and another with 2 single beds. Sheets and bath towels are washed and ironed in laundry, as in hotels. We want you to feel at home :)



You can cook your favorite dishes in our fully equipped kitchen. You will not miss anything, refrigerator, washing machine, hob, oven, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, glasses, plates, microwave .... You will also have internet with wifi (free) for which you need to stay connected and a new LED TV in case you want to watch a movie.



The dining room has a comfortable armchair where you can nap after lunch and a spacious table where 4 people can comfortably eat. If you want you can eat at the table on the terrace or have breakfast watching the beach on the table with chairs available in the apartment.



Children are welcome! We can provide you with a travel cot, a baby chair and anything you can think of that will make your vacation easier, check with me!



It also has a communal pool in the building and important! It has private parking reserved for the property, you will not have to worry about the summer parking problems, just press the remote control and you will be able to park in your place of the building without problem;)



As our reviews demonstrate, we take the hygiene and disinfection of the apartment very seriously 💪 Cleaning is performed by a certified professional cleaning company. The bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best known hotels and hospitals of the province. We also add an extra disinfection with an Ozone generator that is a powerful antimicrobial agent and kills 99% of bacteria and viruses.



There is a large Mercadona supermarket just 500m from the apartment, takeaway places, restaurants, clothing stores ... you are only 250 meters from the beginning of the promenade of Dénia and a short walk from the city center.



The beach of Punta del Raset that is in front of our apartment is the closest beach to the urban center is also one of the most spacious with 600 meters in length and a width of 75 meters.



It is a sandy beach that has great scenic value for the dunes that are generated in it and that are currently being regenerated to preserve them.



It has access wooden footbridges that facilitate the arrival to the shore and a beach bar with sun beds and umbrellas for rent. Being a very spacious beach area is not saturated in high season, so it is perfect to go with children and seniors.



Its orientation makes it protected from the easterly, midday and llebeig winds, it is a perfect beach!



It has leisure facilities for children, among which is a pyramid of ropes for climbing or an aquatic center that is installed in the months of July and August.



For the not so small there are volleyball nets and a biosaludable park to exercise while sunbathing, all of free access. There is also a surveillance post for the Red Cross.
