“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent 4 nights in this home with our 4 children ages 1-10. There was ample space, plenty of extra bedding including pillows and blankets, towels & other amenities. “The Genoa is a cozy cottage just across the street from Dennis Port beach. It was very clean. The photos and description were very accurate. We had everything we needed. There is a shed with beach chairs and toys to use. There is a patio with furniture and a grill which was very nice in the evening when there was shade. The bed in the main bedroom was smaller than what we are used to, but comfortable. There is a restaurant called The Sailing Cow which is a very short walk and serves breakfast,...

“This was the perfect place for our 5 day Cape getaway. Located very centrally on the cape. Close to everything! 10 minute walk to local beach and less than 5 minute drive to other beaches. AC was a plus! Grill on the deck was put to good use as well. The outdoor shower is clean and great. There were 3 of us and place couldve accommodated 3 or 4 more. Host was easily communicated. Would stay again 100%.”

“My family and I had a great stay. We were able to walk to the beach and thankfully all the beach gear we couldn’t pack was in the basement. Anything we needed or forgot to pack was there. The property is directly across from a park and there are plenty of places to eat just minutes away. The host was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!”
