  • Contemporary, Clean and Cozy! No need to worry about parking, driving or long walks to the beach anymore. This perfectly positioned beach property allows you to be AT the beach for those wonderful long walks ON the Beach! Great beach views from this cozy and well appointed Cape Cod getaway. The beach water here on Nantucket Sound is amongst the most comfortable on the entire Cape. A myriad of dining and recreation options as well as a sense of Cape Cod peaceful breezes and lapping waves makes this a splendid choice for many seasons. Back deck has Cafe style seating, Weber grill and partial ocean views. Hot and Cold water outdoor shower refreshes after beach day. Granite counters, breakfast bar and premium stainless steel appliances including convection oven in case you feel like cooking rather than dining out at any number of fine local restaurants. Queen size bed, full size 4 foot shower, free wireless internet, Blue Ray DVD and cable TV. Fully insulated to keep the Central A/C cool in summer and the gas heat warm in the Spring and Fall. Large sliding glass door shows the morning sun glistening over the Ocean. Summer reservations are Saturday to Saturday only. Guests will bring their own bedlinens and towels. NO PETS. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons (including children of any age).

Perfect being right across from the beach! Saves 35 a day for parking at this beach by having our own spot across the road. Super nice that they have beach chairs. If you do forget to bring your own pillows or comforter there is qn ocean job lot nearby that you can get those. Small but perfect place for two people. Had a lovely trip!

The cottage was comfortable for us. It wasn't the height of summer, so it was very quiet and pleasant. It was great being across the street from the beach. It is within waking distance to a great ice cream place. The place very clean and had been upgraded. We would stay there again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The perfect place for a weekend getaway. The size of the listing was just right for a weekend for 2. GREAT location across from the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here - we will be back!

We stayed here right after our wedding - it was a quiet nice area by the beach. Small, but had what we needed for the two of us. Recommend staying here!

The place was just right and the location was awesome, just across the street from the beach. Either we missed the single line about having to provide our own bedding and towels or it wasn't there when we booked, but either way, Erin and Tom was very accommodating and helpful in dealing with that. Not sure if most people travel in by car, but we were flying in and could not transport bedding and towels and pillows. But if we could, we would definitely book here again.

2nd time here... already counting down till 3rd

This was our 2nd year at this property and the location couldn't be more perfect. Just a few steps from the water, perfect for walking back for a quick lunch.

The house was perfect for what we needed! It’s small but clean, cozy, and comfortable. The only negative was that they do not provide linens. I’m sure it is in the listing and I just missed it. Thankfully, the host sent a reminder about it in his message to me about check in so we weren’t completely caught off guard. Overall, we had a great experience here.

The Perfect Getaway Location

Come for the location and beach views, stay for the cozy apartment with amazing water pressure. Perfect for 2 people, this apartment was walking distance to the beach with the ability to hear the ocean waves through the side door. We truly enjoyed our stay, the hosts were quick to respond to questions and plan to come back again in the near future!

Wonderful stay

The location was outstanding but what made our stay phenomenal was the neighbors. They all were so friendly and welcoming. The condo was spotless and very modern.

Quiet and relaxing stay .

Suitable for one or two. Cozy and clean with many nearby things to do . Fully equipped kitchen which worked out well for breakfast. Full microwave for reheating and a 4 burner stove top. Thank- you to Tom and Erin for an enjoyable week.

Fantastic Couples Getaway

My girlfriend and I stayed on the property from Aug. 5th thru Aug 12th 2023. The location is perfect. I could walk to the beach for early AM fishing and then sit on the deck and have breakfast as we people watched. The apartment is perfect for two, and we had a wonderful time. I will defiantly try to book here next year. Thank you, Jim M.

Great location and cute little cottage

The cottage is really small but well put together. Located across the street from the beach. We toured a lot of areas and it's location was great for this. If you are traveling in, note linens are not provided. Not ideal if traveling from the West Coast. You can pay extra if you need those items. The owners were great to work with and were very responsive. I would stay there again.
