  • Relax and enjoy your vacation in this spacious three bedroom home with central air! You and your family will have plenty of room to spread out in the living room that opens up to the separate dining room. The three season room serves as a lovely extension of the house and allows you to enjoy the private backyard. This home offers Washer/Dryer, WiFi, two flat screen televisions, gas grill, dishwasher and enclosed outdoor shower. Located in a quite neighborhood, less than a mile to Dennis Port beaches!

    Close attractions and restaurants include Holiday Hill mini golf, The Original Seafood Restaurant, The Oyster Company, Thai Ocha Cafe, Honey Dew Donuts, Chapin's Fish and Chips, Cleat and Anchor, Bandera's, the South Side Cantina, The Dog House, Sundae School, and Woolfie's Coffee and Breakfast Bakery. There are no shortage of options when you rent this home!

This home was lovely, conveniently located and just what we were looking for. We are people who have been coming to Cape Cod for generations and for over 25 years we have rented through MMVR. Never had a problem.

Perfect Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be renting this house again. We loved the neighborhood because my daughter could ride her bike all around the connecting little streets and we explored each pretty home. We also loved it because it was a quick bike ride to our favorite South Village beach. It’s also a great location near the restaurants. The house itself was clean and super well equipped. We loved the back patio space for having our morning coffee or a glass of Wine. We also really loved the screened in porch to watch tv. Other members of our family rented a home five doors down and they all ended up here when we played board games because our home had enough space. It was great!
