¡Este es un estupendo apartamento de 2 habitaciones en el sótano para hacer de su hogar un lugar fuera de casa cuando visite Denver y Colorado! Amplio y luminoso, cómodo mobiliario de alta calidad y camas con edredones de alta calidad y sábanas, baño amplio surtido con toallas de baño exuberantes. En vista de lavandería dentro de su apartamento. A la vista y fácil aparcamiento calle. patio trasero agradable, con un montón de espacio para leer un libro, para cenar, y disfrutar de las hermosas noches de Denver! Dentro del barrio histórico de la colina del parque se encuentran varios bares deliciosos de barrio, cafeterías, tiendas especializadas, tienda de vinos, estudios de yoga, y más! También hay un centro de recreación con el trabajo a cabo el equipo fenomenal (pases diarios disponibles). Al oeste de este apartamento fenomenal, a un corto paseo o en bicicleta, es City Park (parque más grande de Denver, donde se encuentra el lago, barca, zoológico de clase mundial y la Naturaleza y Museo de la Ciencia y campo de golf público). I enjoyed the bath but couldn't get the Jacuzzi to function. The heater sounds like the house is preparing for liftoff it is super loud. You can only use one kitchen appliance at a time and there is no control for the climate so it was too warm. Also it all or nothing for lighting. Lamps would go a long way. The supply of shampoo and conditioner was plenty as well as water and coffee

The best hosts. Very personable and interesting. We got to know Herbie very well, and he was accommodating and interesting to chat with. This place is why we stay at these kinds of rentals rather than impersonal and cold hotels. The beds were comfortable and everything was adequately stocked even with our demanding coffee habits. The space was a great landing pad and offered some respite from a busy family trip.

The host was super responsive and nice, and the unit was exactly as described. Nice space in a great location. The host lives upstairs, so you will hear them walking around, and there is only a sliding door between the host's kitchen upstairs and the stairs that lead down to the unit, so you can hear them washing dishes and talking if they are in there. I think they could use a door at the bottom of the stairs to close off that sound more.My only other issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom - there was a lot of hair on the floor and the clean towels, and the toilet and sink seemed to be cleaned really quickly because there were some spots missed that I ended up cleaning up myself. There was also a shirt from a previous tenant that was left. Overall, very nice unit for the price and location.

I cannot recommend this VRBO due to serious security concerns. We quickly decided this place was simply NOT acceptable for our family. There is a locked exterior door (that was open when we arrived) that leads to a set of stairs to the basement. However, there is no door to lock at the bottom of the stairs to separate you from the hosts. Imagine staying in someone’s basement, and the host telling you “they’d lock their access door.” We were not okay with the owner’s simply being able to walk down the stairs to their advertised “apartment.” Not being able to secure our child/belongings was a deal breaker. Furthermore, there was no separate thermostat to control the temperature, and it smelled like smoke. We contacted the host and requested a refund as the lack of security was not advertised in their listing, but they offered no solution and told me this was “normal” for the city of Denver. This, however, was not the case with our previous VRBO where we had a locked door to our unit as well as a thermostat we could manage.

Our host was very helpful with a warm welcome when we got there. We got in late and it was dark, so the welcome was very helpful. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and in our condo. This will be our place we stay at whenever we come to the Denver area.

Nice little apartment and budget price

We went to watch a Rockies game and hotels in Denver are ridiculous, found this property on Vrbo close to Coors Field. The price is absolutely a no brainer and everything for that price is awesome. If you need a place to stay not far from downtown, don’t even hesitate because if you do someone else will get it.

Lovely property

Our host, Herbie, was gracious , friendly, yet not intrusive. The apartment was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the property was conveniently located. I was just a little disappointed, i probably missed this info on the app, but there was no stove or sink in the kitchen area. Everything else was excellent.

Our Worst VRBO—couldn’t even stay

Have rented dozens of VRBOs over the years—always wonderful experiences until now. We left after 1 1/2 hours!! Couldn’t even stay the 2 nights we booked because we felt the urgent need to vacate for health and safety reasons. The property is not as described online or in the positive reviews posted here. Arrived at check in time—host was watching TV on couch with 2 alcoholic drinks and a coffee cup—jumped up surprised—said he’d just finished cleaning (also noticed tequila bottle on outside window ledge at entrance to house) Zero security—top of steps leading to basement have only sliding door leading to owner’s kitchen—no locked door separates rental from owner’s part of house. Because host had been drinking, we felt even more unsafe Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke—all four of us left with headaches after 1 1/2 hours Excessively cold—he said we had no temperature control in basement because he needs to keep comfortable temperature upstairs in his house which makes it really cold downstairs—pointed to a dirty blanket on the filthy couch and said we could use that Loud talking and footsteps could be heard upstairs—if this had continued into the night, loud enough to keep us awake Dirty sheets had visible long dark hairs—made us wonder whether they had been laundered Host begged us to stay quiet about our experience in exchange for refunding almost all our money but did not abide by his promise.

Not what we were expecting

Rental is somewhat smaller than in looks online. Host lives above, so some noise with people walking around in the late evening. No ability to use outdoor space. Windows would not enable exit in event of fire, so probably would not book again due to that. Listing likely showed these items but we did not realize in advance.

Quiet neighborhood, friendly host, great location

Herbie is a very kind, warm host. We enjoyed meeting him & the personal touch of showing us around his property. Everything was clean & it was perfect for the 4 of us. There is plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive. We liked coming back to a quiet, safe neighborhood at the end of the night.
