  • Access to EVERYTHING you want around town. This place is a 4 block walk from Union station, Coors Field, McGregor’s Square, RiNo, half a mile from Ball Arena and 1 mile to Empower field and Mission Ballroom. There is parking included in the building, a gym, and a bunch of sport courts: racquetball, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts. When you need a little more there is a community room open until 10pm with shuffleboard and pool tables. Miniature golf is across the street :)

Great location! We were in town for Red Sox games and were convenient to the stadium. We rented a car for one night to go to Red Rocks concert. The free parking for our car rental was convenient. We also used the train from the airport to Union Station. The free bus on 16th was very nice.

Great condo and host! Located close to ballpark and downtown. Parking spot included was great extra since most hotels charge for parking. Gym and community room access too. Great stay and host was helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend and we will use for future Denver trips! Thank you!

Baseball in Downtown Denver

Really enjoyed the stay, everything was as it said.Great location, walking distance to everything you need, Food, Coffee, Entertainment, Baseball. Would definitely recommend.

Can’t get better than this in downtown Denver. Very nice walk to and from Union Station in about 10min. Or else catch the free shuttle along 16th. Within minutes from restaurants and shopping. The apartment was spotlessly clean, toiletries provided. Basically, nothing was lacking.
