Quiet studio condo

My 18 yr old son and I rented this condo for a quick trip to Denver. It is extremely quiet in this building. The condo was clean, pots and pans, streaming tv (need ur own logins), love the small patio and we felt safe due to a building lock, hallway lock and then of course ur front door lock. If you want somewhere quiet, this is the place for you. I never heard one person the entire 3 days I was there. Host are very nice.

Great location!

My husband and I stayed here while celebrating our honeymoon. The property was very clean! Host had great communication. Property is within walking distance to so many restaurants, breweries, bars, etc. We will stay here again if we are back in the area!

Cozy Condo conveniently located

Quick walk to all things Downtown Denver! Denver Central Market for ice cream/desserts, several coffee shops near by, and close to Coors Field for a game! We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Super Cool RINO getaway

One of the coolest places we have stayed. Great amenities, location & thoughtful appointments. Easy walking to Central Market & other RINO features, Loved strolling the neighborhood. And the urban garden, coffee shop, Japanese restaurant, etc were great.

Wonderful stay

Owner was very easy to communicate with, the apartment is in a lovely walkable area. The building was a little confusing at first, but easy to navigate once we figured it out. Bed was very comfortable and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!

Excellent place for our short gateway

The property is a great little studio condo with lots of things to do around the area. It has all or most necessities (towels, coffee, dishes, etc.). I think most people will like how beautifully decorated it is. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

I loved Eva’s place. It was within walking distance of great restaurants and bars, Coors Field, and shops. I highly recommend her place. Parking was not hard to find. And the noise level from surrounding neighbors was nearly nonexistent. Overall I felt very safe, since I was on a solo trip. I will definitely stay at her place next time I visit Denver.

A cool and modern place to stay

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. It was a convenient location to a cute coffee shop as well as a neighborhood grocer. There were plenty of places to eat and drink around us that we would often walk. Parking is a little less convenient BUT not impossible. Our host was always a text away which gave us peace of mind. Next time we travel to the atea, we will definitely consider this place again.

I accompanied my daughter from FL to CO for some job interviews and adventure- the condo was nicely situated for us and we were well located to explore the city. It was a great experience! The condo was perfect for us!!

Awesome host

The place was as advertised and our host did an awesome job answering all of our questions when we had them. We had an issue with one of the neighbors outside being loud late at night but overall was a really great stay.

Everything was easy ... Eva has a nice little place, close to a hoppin' area on Larimar, easy proximity to downtown ... small issue with finding a parking space from time to time, but not terrible. If we decide to do Denver again, we'll check this availability. Had a great time!!

Happy Place

This is a great little happy place for a solo traveler but also for a couple. It’s small, cozy, and affordable! What I liked the most is the white colors and all the green plants inside. Eva always sent me a message to make sure I didn’t need anything which I appreciated greatly since it was my first time in Colorado. Everything was comfortable and perfect just for me. I’ll definitely be going back!

Perfect studio

I spent several weeks living in Denver, fully enjoying this lovely studio. Location was safe and within walking distance of several great restaurants and shops. Loved the dog-friendly neighborhood and private apartment courtyard for those midnight tinkles the pooch needed. Studio was clean and very comfortable, with amazing views of downtown Denver - especially beautiful at night. Loved this place and will most certainly stay again.

Great spot in the best location!

I was looking for a quick one night spot to stay as my flight out of Denver was at the crack of dawn. I got this place without having any plans for that day/night. However, the location was so amazing I ended up visiting multiple businesses/restaurants within easy walking distance and had a wonderful night. When all was said and done the apartment was clean and perfect to come back to. Checkout process was easy (especially important for my 6:00am flight). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy base from which to explore many of Denver's best offerings, many of which are very close by.

I stayed for 2 nights at this lovely studio. It was clean, easy to access and had lots to do nearby! The host is flexible and responsive! I particularly enjoyed the recommendations they provided at check in. The location also has easy access to buses and trains that can take you all over town! I would certainly stay here again! Highly recommend!
