Perfect place for our trip. Very clean, snacks/water, felt extremely safe, amazing communication with our host. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this rental! Everything was less than a 20 minute drive (including Red Rocks, Downtown Denver..) We are very appreciative!

We have stayed in a good amount of VRBO’s. This by far was the best. It’s an amazing house and the owner truly makes it a home away from home. We highly recommend.

From start to finish Julia was an amazing host. She was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. We were a party of 5, and we were totally comfortable. Also, there was access to nearby conveniences like Trader Joe's which is my favorite place to grocery shop at home and away. Some of us were in town for a conference and others for a wedding, so we did not do a ton of sightseeing as we had done that on other trips, but this home is very accessible by major freeways. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and it was wonderful to sit outside and see the mountains. I very much recommend this home!

Loved how clean the place was. I’m not a city person and but felt okay in the neighborhood. Julia’s place is very well laid out and very clean. Definitely will look for her place if it’s available next time I’m in Denver.
