Great place

Was perfect for our trip. It was centrally located for everything we had planned. Spacious and very clean. Great amenities. Fridge was not cooling the best but owner took care of it. My only suggestion would be to clean up the back area of dog waste. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect vacation stay

We came into town for a concert but didn’t want to stay in downtown Denver. Arvada was close enough to Denver that we traveled back and forth several times a day. The area and neighborhood was clean and safe. We had four adults and there was more than enough room. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed and also had the cutest coffee bar. The Hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would defiantly stay here again.

Hilltop hideaway

Our family enjoyed this basement conversion into an apartment. It had plenty of room and bathrooms. The master room with the bathroom does only have a queen bed which we thought was different with the king bed in another room. Probably due to the size of the master room which made sense. Plenty of closet space in the master as well. The basement conversion looked very new and actually seemed like the finishing touches still needed to be made. But all in all a good stay. They even added an ac unit due to the high temps that week. Now for the few issues we had. The front door has a large window with zero privacy. They had workers working on the back yard and they could look right into our kitchen. I suggest blinds or curtains for a quick fix. The floor is concrete and could use a few more rugs especially in the kitchen. We slept on the king bed and although it looked very nice, it was cheaply made and guessing it won’t last long. Also since it is in a basement, plan on hearing footsteps and running around from the upstairs until about 12am. Other than those minor issues the place was great and enjoyable!! The host was very pleasant to talk to and communicated very well. We would stay in this place again hoping those minor issues were addressed.

The property was clean. It is in a safe neighborhood with a walking path nearby. The upstairs noise was loud enough to wake us each morning in the 5am hour. There were adequate bathroom towels & washcloths. There were not enough extra blankets. It was hard to comfortably watch the tv in the living room with our larger party. The kitchen was pretty bare bones--no mixing bowls, measuring cups, food storage options (plastic wrap, foil, baggies, storage containers with lids, jars, etc), no dish towels. The kitchen table was too high for the chairs. Not enough dining chairs. The host is awesome, very easy with communication. There were extra measures taken to accommodate an early check in. This was amazing as we arrived on a red-eye flight.

Great for our group

We brought a team of high school pole vaulters to the state meet, and this was a great place for us to stay. The check-in process was easy, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to our meet and several other activities. Thanks!

Great Location & Communication

Family friendly and spacious basement with great communication with the owners. Our family of 8 came down to spend our Spring break adventuring and hiking. It just so happened to be the week of a crazy snowstorm and the walkway was always shoveled for us in case we wanted to venture out. Though we did stay and enjoy home cooked meals and movie binges as well. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall a perfect cozy place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Great short stay

We took my elderly parents on a trip out west and had a stop over in Denver to meet with friends. Communication was amazing since we had flight delays and issues prior to arriving. The area was immaculately clean. Great updated space with everythi g we needed for the night and would have been perfect for a longer stay. We definitely recommend it and hope to stay again!

We spent two weeks and everything was perfect. There were 5 of us and the house was very comfortable, we felt like we were in our own home. Very quiet neighborhood. All the questions we had were answered immediately by the host via email. We will surely return on our next trip.
