El personal de la limpieza no ase bien su trabajo , dejan la basura en los botes y le ponen la bosla encima y nadamas tapan la basura y uno tiene que sacarla, yo se que no es un hotel de lujo pero al menos deverian limpiar bien los cuartos

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Things were broken, dirty, and unkempt. I would never stay here again. Staff tried to help, but they were limited in what they could do.

NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE NOR COMPLIANT. UNABLE TO ACCOMODATE SIMPLE ACCESSIBILITY REQUESTS. NO ELEVATOR. This listing has false information. We have a disabled member in our party, stairs and dangerous, painful and slow. When we arrived, we were told they couldn't provide a ground floor room, we could find no elevator on the premises and the single staff member present said "there's nothing I can do." It was late - so we went to the third floor room. The stairs up were metal and had standing water. It was snowing. Any colder and the water would have been ice. The room smelled of smoke. The fire alarms battery was dying, so it was beeping every minute or so. When I called the staff member who was there 'for maintenance" about it, he said he "didn't have the specialty equipment" to access the fire alarm and replace the battery. He didn't have a Philips head screwdriver. We left. Between the fire alarm, the smell and the hazardous stairs - not even considering their blatant disregard for ADA regulations - this property is trash. They are fighting giving a refund as well.

It was right off the 6 highway. The other occupants kept to themselves. My bed was missing the comforter but the other bed in my suite did have one. The staff was kind and helpful. The conversations in the hallway could be heard in my room.

The place is a pig sty. I am not sure if my room had been cleaned in months. TV didn't work, heater didn't work, toilet had problems. Office only open mid-day. STAY AWAY!

I have a long list of complaints from my one night stay. In short, the room was uninhabitable and the staff would not give me another one. This is a place that has gone to weekly rentals and is housing disadvantaged people for the county. They should not be on Expedia. Broken windows, unsafe neighborhood, reduced office hours (11am to 7pm only), the suite kitchen was empty of utensils or pans, no soap, and brown mud (or worse, I didn't check) smeared all over the insides of a closet. And the lobby was being repair from some break-in that happened earlier in the week when I arrived. I refused to stay the second and third night of my pre-paid booking. Expedia repeated contact for days and only when I got home did they finally get the manager. Who refused to refund me any of my pre-paid fee. Expedia was great to work with, but this hotel is the worst. I instead got a rental car and went to Boulder early, spending a wonderful weekend based out of the Hyatt there.

Someone tried to come in without knocking and we was getting our freak on The floors are disgusting they obviously haven’t been swept or mopped, sticky spilled stuff One dirty towel Lights don’t work in main room Outlets by the lights also don’t work Tv vol stopped working after two hours or so AC doesn’t work Holes in walls Big brown stain on the ceiling Woke up the next day and our door was open, someone probably tried to walk in again Two full size beds when we booked a queen

I was in room 219 and the room was dirty, floor was not swept, one of the two beds had dirty sheets. I had to ask the front dest for a broom to sweep my own floor. You have a kitchen with a stove top but zero pots or pans. Went out one evening to eat and when we returned there were 6 police cars in the parking lot. Felt very unsafe!!! We will NEVER stay at another Red Roof Inn hotel.

Sketchy neighborhood, kitchenette was filthy, stale food left in the cabinets, blood on the bathroom sink and walls, mold in the bathtub/shower, profanity scribbled on the lights and between the homeless and the crackheads, not an overall safe place to be.

The pictures shown did not portray what was actually there. It was extremely dirty, smelled like smoke and mold. Awful room with broken couch and bed. Wall had a hole in it. We left within 10mins yes of being there. We want a refund.
