  • ¡Buena ubicación! A 1/2 cuadra de la estación de tren ligero (Línea W). A minutos de Mile Hi Stadium, Centro Federal (1. 3 millas), Colorado Mills Mall, Belmar (Centro de Lakewood), Red Rocks (9. 4 millas), Denver West Office Park (3. 6 millas), Centro de Denver (6. 1 milla). The owner of this property was very thoughtful and considerate. When I let them know that I would be checking in late at night due to my flight, they even turned on the lights so that I could easily find the entrance. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated their thoughtful hospitality.

Easy to find and get around . We were here for ball tournament ball diamonds were easy to get to. Very nice place to stay. Host responds in a reasonable time. We will definitely comeback if ever in vicinity again.

While the apartment was very small and could use some updates, it was very clean and worked well for the two of us for two nights. It was close to Red Rocks. Kathy the host was great to work with and made the check in and check out process easy.

Property was clean and quiet. Nothing fancy. Close to everywhere I wanted to visit. No issues with parking, check-in or check-out. Definitely only suitable for 1-2 people as quarters were a little tight. Would stay here again.

I really had a nice stay, the apt was small, but comfy and clean! I was here for Red Rocks and it's only a 10-15 minute drive - so -Yay! The property owner is quite hospitable and easy to reach. One thing that I didn't like was no stove, so no real cooking.

Overall a good place to stay. Had one issue with an occupant of the main house having a guest that stank up the whole property with cigarette smoke. Other than that, it was quiet and pleasant. If I return to the Denver area, I would stay here again.

The place was nice and clean and the owners were quick to replace the toaster when I reached out out it not working. On Thursday afternoon I received a text from the owner asking what time we would be checking out on Saturday as to they decided to go out of town. Kinda made me uncomfortable as to I paid thru Saturday, but i asked if she would refund 2 night if we left Friday, she completely ignored. We ended up leaving Friday morning and got a hotel booked in Fountain for Friday night and checked into our VRBO in Peyton on Saturday

Perfect location, I was visiting my father and it was very easy to get there... Of couse I arrived back at the house in the evening after dark and always felt safe. It was a very welcoming, comfortable space

The room/small apartment was perfect! It was really cute and cozy, had mini-splits which helped keep the room warm enough the whole weekend. The host(s) are so accommodating! Left great instructions, even left a paper with places to eat, which was so helpful! Parking was right out front, very safe and comfortable. The coffee pot was a godsend (we brought our own coffee from the place I manage here in AZ) and we used it every day. There is a griddle, a hot plate, microwave, fridge, sink- really perfect for 2 people. When we make our next journey, we will definitely see if this is available again!

Kathy was very welcoming. The apartment is conveniently located to the train station. It is small, but suitable for two people. There is no stove in the kitchen, but has other ways to cook. Overall a descent place.

Great property, came to Denver for a show at Red Rocks. Easy and close to RR, clean, perfect for what we needed it for.
