Awesome stay

Our family loved the property-the location close to Regis, the pickleball court, the patio, the hot tub, and the living/tv. Manager was great w/ communication and answered our questions promptly. Our family thought it was the best vrbo we’ve stayed in the Arvada area.

Everything was very clean and neat. There was a lack of batteries in the upstairs remote and the air hockey table doesn’t work but other than that, it was perfectly accurate. The pickleball court could use some maintenance though, the net looks broken.

Great stay as usual!

This is our fourth year staying here for national western stock show, we work it every year. It always feels like coming home, there’s plenty of room for all of us staying and plenty of parking for our trucks. Definitely recommend!

Amazing family get-away!

Our extended family stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was PERFECT for a large food and games centered gathering. We had 5 people working in the kitchen and it was a perfect space!The pickleball and ping pong were a huge hit as well.Easy to get into downtown, and out to Red Rocks.Thank you for the perfect gathering spot!

Music weekend

Great location super close to red rocks and not far from meow wolf. It comfortably slept our group of 10. Definitely take advantage of the pickleball court and the basement! Also, kitchen and outside area is great for group meals.

Not as nice as pictures

The bathrooms had hair on the floor when we walked in. They did not look cleaned. The rooms smelled like pee. The bedding was yellow not white like its supposed to be. Bring your own blankets because there are not a lot. Both bathroom doors squeak. So if you plan on using the restroom at night plan on everyone waking up. The train is close so plan on that keeping you up all night. The kitchen was nice. It took my husband a half an hout to sweep the leaves off the pickle ball courts to use it.

Need repairs

The drive way was hazardous and caused damage to our cars. The showers all needed some sort of repair. The kitchen and living space was great and the outside space was amazing. The beds all slept well. Would be a great space for a celebration.

Great Location!

We loved staying here. It was a great location. We visited Denver, Boulder, Golden and Red Rocks. 30 minutes or less to any of these locations. This house would be great for a large group. Great kitchen for thanksgiving or Christmas. The hot tub was nice and the teens loved playing pickle ball. The basement was perfect w hockey table and ping pong. Good times had by all.

Lots of space, large kitchen and plenty of games

The location is convenient, just a 15-minute drive to downtown Denver, making it easily accessible. The only minor issue was the proximity to a train line, which caused a 30-minute delay when I got stuck on the opposite side of the tracks as the trains passed. We prepared meals for our family reunion of 23 people at this location, and the huge central counter was perfect for putting together meals for such a large group. Otherwise, the home is beautiful and offers plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. There's an air hockey table, a ping pong table, a downstairs lounge area with a TV for video games, and outside, a hot tub and a pickleball court.

Beautiful home. Very clean and lots of room. Negative: living room ceiling fan didn’t work , handrail on the stairs was broken and sprinklers came on at 5 pm which is when we wanted to sit and eat outside. Would definitely recommend and will be using it again.

Accurate pictures and descriptions. Beautiful home with tons to do. Loved the pickle ball and gave each of us that stayed our own area when needed. Totally worth it and helped make our family bucket list phenomenal. Can’t wait to try and go back. Totally recommend to anyone with multiple family members or even just a few.

Boulder Wedding

Property just as described. Lots of room for large family. Big spacious kitchen, great for cooking and hanging out. Having three bathrooms was a dream. Nice big backyard. Close to airport, Boulder and Denver! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, but needs work

This property would have greater potential with some more minor upgrades and an interior decorator. Pros: There is a lot of space, which initially made this home a great pick for us. It's about 15 min from Denver, which worked for our family. Cons: Upon arrival, there were a few things that caught our attention. The living area sofa, looked worn in one area really bad. The 1st bedroom ceiling light was very dim. I read in a previous review that there was an issue with the light, but figured it would be fixed. In the master bedroom, there is not a light in the shower. Although the paint in the house looks professionally done, the sealing around the windows were horrible. It looks like a toddler used their fingers to smooth putty around each window. There was a door that was off the hinges in the basement. The kitchen countertop had burned marks on them. During our stay, pest control arrived unknowingly, while my aunt sat outside. It frightened her being that we wasn't expecting anyone. This led to whatever that was outside, trying to come in and us having to kill two nice size spiders. Lastly, during our stay, the basement's toilet chain broke.I contacted the property manager who immediately said someone would be out that day. The repair person arrived the night before we left, therefore we were without one working toilet for 2 complete days and whoever slept downstairs had to go upstairs to use the working ones.Having 3 kids traveling, having 3 bathrooms was a necessity .

Spacious House for large families

Overall good stay for our wedding weekend stay. Three families and plenty of space. Small bedrooms and bathrooms, but workable. Backyard is NOT fenced all the way around, so couldn't leave the dogs outside. Everything is in working order (AC, kitchen stuff, bathrooms) and enough hot water for everyone. House looks like it was a home remodeling job, not super professionally done, so not really a luxury stay. Very functional for large groups needing to stay in the Berkeley area.

Long Weekend

Nice house for large groups. Area is a bit out of the way but, good for back yard chilling, and 15 min. Uber to most neighborhoods in the Denver area, etc. No basketball hoops as shown in the photos.

WARNING - Property was not as advertised!! BEWARE!!

Our party of 9 arrived and found the home to be on a very busy street, a/c set at 82 very hot, home not clean at all. Park like advertised backyard was overgrown, grill filthy, outdoor chairs torn, sun room musty smelling!! Bathtub had water, suds and hair still after cleaners cleaned! Exterminator just walked in the supposed locked door the next morning. Only able to stay one night, owner seemed responsive at first and fired exterminator but told me I was exaggerating the condition and refused a refund!! We were only able to stay one night, so the cost was excessive for overall condition of the house. Guess owners are all about money making excuses it was VRBO fees and not willing to reimburse us because they didn’t think house “was that bad”….their words. Disgusting how people can take advantage of others! Do yourself a favor and DONT BOOK THIS PLACE!! First bad experience we have ever, ever had!! Owner also told me never to contact him again, very professional.

AC restrictions

The AC kept returning to 77 degrees after 2 hours. We slept during the night for only 2 hours at a time before we were woken up by the 77 degree house. The first room to the left (full size bed) the ceiling light has a short. The light kept flickering or just completely turning off so I opted not to turn the light on again in the room. Thank goodness there was a lamp in the room. Kitchen was very room for 5 adults cooking, family room was very roomy for all to enjoy. Bonus room on bottom was very room for the kiddos to watch TV and play board games. mari
