Private and Cozy Basement Suite: 12 Mins From DIA

Welcome to our newly renovated basement suite in Green Valley Ranch! It's spacious and cozy, and the perfect spot for your friends and family to stay whether you're in town for business, sightseeing, or simply need a peaceful getaway. We're located 15 minutes from the airport and a short drive from The Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge, Green Valley Ranch Golf Club, and The Shops at Northfield Stapleton. We're all about love and respect in our home. So it doesn't matter where you're from, who you love, or what you believe - you're welcome here just as you are.

~The space~
The space is clean and fully remodeled with 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, and 2 Full beds) all equipped with fresh clean linen and extra blankets in the closet. The two full bed bedrooms share a bathroom while the queen-sized bedroom has its own attached bathroom. Both have a spacious walk-in shower with fresh towels, and small amenities provided for your convenience. Such as shampoo, body wash, hand soap, makeup wipes, etc. One towel per guest will be provided. It will be located on top of your beds along with hand towels and washcloths. There are tissues, cleaning products, and feminine products under the sink and cabinet drawer.

The kitchen includes a full fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and basic ingredients to cook up some nice meals. You can also find plates, cups, silverware, pots, and pans in the kitchen cabinet to use as you like. The living room has a comfortable seating area and a TV with Netflix Roku channels and Prime Video. The basement is a great chill spot during the summer months to beat the heat as it naturally stays cooler. If you ever find it a bit too chilly and need some extra warmth, just give us a shout. We can easily adjust the heating from the main level to make sure you're as cozy as possible." Also extra blankets are provided along with a heating system so it's nice and warm.

There is both a washer and a dryer with detergent. Please make sure to select a setting based on your load so it's not running for longer than necessary.

~Note~ Hosts live upstairs on the main level, however, you have the entire basement to yourselves. We've done our best to create a peaceful and quiet space for you. Just a heads up - we might occasionally need to pass by the basement door to reach our storage unit at the bottom of the stairs. However, under no circumstance besides your request shall we enter the basement.

~Guest access~
There is a keyless entry to get inside through the main door and the pin code will be provided before your arrival. As you step in, you'll find yourself in a common area, where you can relax, socialize or even get some work done. This area, though part of the main house, ensures your privacy while still offering an invitation to interact, should you choose to. You can then access the basement via the stairway.

~Other things to note~
Guests are asked to respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. If you want to bring more than 6 guests, please reach out to us so that we may accommodate you. Finally, If you arrive before your check-in time or are scheduled for a check out before your travel schedule, let us know. If we are home, we can keep your luggage for the time being.
