This place was amazing. Great location near everything downtown, river, trails, university. I loved walking out the door right into the middle of it all and yet it was very quiet in our place. One of the nicest kept locations we've stayed. With its ground floor entry next to the hill, it doesn't have a lot of views, but you can still see the giant M on Lookout Mountain from the living room. Very well kept flat with some nice old touches like the curved wall and wainscoting. Yet very well modernized. I was there for business at the university but the location made it into a lovely holiday to boot. A couple of blocks from the river trail that takes you right into the canyon. It would be fun for tubing or swimming in the summer, (if there is any water left- very dry year).

Welcoming condo in great location. My friend and I loved being able to walk to stores and coffee shops. Well stocked and cozy environment. Will definitely stay again if we go to Golden.

Everything went exactly as it should. Check in was a breeze, the beds were very comfortable. The unit was well stocked and appointed and the location was impossible to beat for our family. It was perfect for the Holiday.

My son and I were in Golden (and the Denver area) for college visits, and this stay was just perfect. It was comfortable, safe, and convenient. We walked a lot because of the proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the school. We were able to reach Lookout Mountain in about 15 minutes and Keystone in a little over an hour. The space was very clean, and the host was super responsive. Up front communication was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay in downtown Golden! The location is perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and all the local attractions. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Short but sweet stay in Golden!

I was in town with a friend for a concert at Red Rocks and knew we wanted to stay in Golden. It's such a great little town and this property was in a PERFECT location. We were just a block off of main street with shops, restaurants and bars just a few minutes away. It was a 20 minute Uber ride to Red Rocks so it ended up being exactly what we needed. Betsy was great to work with as well. All of my questions were answered super quick, and we were able to get in to the house 30 minutes early which was great!
