  • Spacious family house in a quiet neighborhood. Sleeps 12 people. Comfortable beds. Indoor Jacuzzi in the basement. Backs to a hiking trail that connects to Cherry Creek Trail. 10 minutes away from Cherry Creek Reservoir, and 20 minutes away from downtown Denver. Cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. Within minutes of restaurants and shopping.

The house was beautiful. It had everything we needed. It had so much space and was súper comfortable. It has two trails close by perfect for morning walks/hikes. It was near lists of shopping and restaurants.

Property was perfect. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and the bedrooms worked out perfectly for all of our adult kids (8) and one grand child, who flew in for the wedding.

Golf trip to the Denver area

The property was very spacious, with a very large living area and huge kitchen. We had a group of 7 golfers with access to several great golf courses within 30 minutes. Beds were comfortable, check in and check out were very easy, neighborhood was pretty quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for large family!

Came in for a family wedding. This house was spacious and in a very nice neighborhood with lots of shopping nearby. Nice walking trail right out back. We really enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable with lots of space

Our ultimate frisbee team stayed here for a tournament in Aurora. Lots of space for hanging out, we cooked some good dinners, and enjoyed the big comfy couch in the living room.

Comfortable. Well equipped. Very chilly in walk out basement. Could use a space heater down there or separate system for heating. There is lot of traffic noise from highway but did not interfere from stay. Host responsive. Close to shopping.

Spacious Home and Gracious Host

Large house with plenty of space in a lovely neighborhood. Close to a main thoroughfare to the side of the neighborhood so you can hear cars on the road at night. We enjoyed the trails daily for walks/jogging. Wi-Fi and A/C worked well. Kitchen was spacious and had the basics. The host was easy to message at any time. Our whole group enjoyed our stay and would love to return again!

I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and will be wanting to stay again. The house could use some updates but communication with the owner was efficient and effective. Location was absolute key. Neighborhood was beautiful and quite. This was my first time renting an air bnb and i have to say i enjoyed it more then going to a hotel. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to be able to visit again soon.

The house worked just fine for our primary need (multiple bedrooms). Although not all rooms got used, the many bedrooms sure helped us house several groups of family members for a wedding. Everything was functional and the location provided quite a bit of parking. The grill on the patio can stand to be upgraded but we were able to cook inside for entertaining the day after the wedding.

Lots of Room

Great place to stay with many areas of the house for privacy including a large family room, 2 smaller rooms on main level, and a large office/living room downstairs with the 3 twin beds BR. Large kitchen table for 8 with nice patio off the kitchen for outdoor space.

The space was perfect for our needs! There is a lot of noise from cars on the nearby busy road, which is of course unavoidable. Can’t hear it from inside the house, just if you want to use the outdoor space.
