The place was 100% as advertised. Coffee and food in short walking distance with easy access to downtown Denver and scenery to the west!

Winter weekend fun!

The weekend was perfect! We came to town to visit my son and go see my friend in The Reservoir at the Singleton theatre. The house was the perfect crash pad after our days in the city. It had great amenities and was spotless. There was a binder in the kitchen with a variety of food spots near and far. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location, great property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised and the location was great for the Broncos game. House had all of the amenities and then some. Only negative was the outcome of the game but can't blame that on the hosts!

Denver Stay for Red Rocks

Located this gem while searching for a central location between Denver and Red Rocks Amphitheater. Lovely town home with three spacious bedrooms. From booking to stay, everything was easily achieved with this rental. Contact with the proprietor was easy and quick responses always. Great neighborhood for a quiet retreat. The overall experience staying here would really allow me to choose again when I return!

Great location for game day

This home is perfect for any event at the stadium. Literally right across Federal, we were back at the home before people could get through traffic. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and 3 local breweries within walking distance. It was great to have a room with bathrooms for the three of us, and the area is fairly quiet at night. They have done a nice job of providing what you need for a getaway to Denver.

Weekend getaway

Best location. Very comfortable and well stocked as a home should be. Beds from heaven. Accommodates a group of 6 adults easily with plenty of privacy. Parking is easy. Very close to Freeway access. Most accommodating host ever! Denver was 10X better when you stay at this home! Worth every penny!

Great location for an NFL game

We had six adults coming in for the Packers vs Broncos game. There couldn't have been a better location! We just walked across the street and were at the stadium. The property is also in a good location for visiting Red Rock Amphitheater. The communication before and during our visit was prompt and helpful. The house is very clean and spacious. We loved the rooftop patio! I would certainly recommend a stay at this property!

Excellent Location

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. The property management communicated well in advance to ensure we had check-in information prior to arrival. She quickly answered any questions we had. The property is in a fantastic location, within walking distance to Empower Field. The property was very clean and well taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised that the property was so well stocked in the kitchen, it made feeding teenagers so much easier! We will be staying here again on our next adventure in Denver. 10/10

Don’t Look Anywhere Else

Very efficient and on point, would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great host and beautiful place with amazing rooftop. The three full bathrooms are clutch as well! Host gets back immediately with any questions/concerns.

Beautiful, comfortable, and quiet.

This is the most well stocked kitchen among all the rentals in which we’ve stayed!! We were able to throw meals together for 6 adults with ease! Mattresses are very comfortable as are the sofas. Very close to our venue (Ball Arena) and grocery store. Parking was easy enough considering it was on the street. We had 3 vehicles and we always found spaces on 19th street near the rental. Very happy with our stay!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Batch Party

Went here for a batch party with 5 guys. All fit in the house comfortably and gave us a great "launch point" to explore the city as well as venture out to Idaho Springs for hiking and white water rafting.

Great location

Great location, safe neighborhood. Our kids likes the upstairs rooms. Stayed the 4th of July weekend- great fireworks watching from the rooftop deck.

Mile Hi Casa Adosada Central

This property was in a perfect central location to every direction within central Denver. Highways were just minutes away with a spectacular view of downtown Denver from the deck of this lovely townhome. The 4 floors giving all the privacy needed for a large family with a open concept main floor for family to gather and eat, visit and play board games. Definitely a place to stay when visiting the Mile Hi City.

Solid Location - Comfortable Living Space - Great Deck

Solid location in the Highlands area of Denver close to mile high stadium, restaurants and the trails connecting to the platte river. Comfortable living area for gathering with family accentuated by an outstanding deck on the top of the unit. Well maintained and owner quick to respond if you run into any challenges. For the price, I would have appreciated TVs in all bedrooms and cable through out, access to off street parking available within the unit and a desk in one of the spaces conducive for working in this gig economy. That said, I would recommend this property if visiting the area.
