This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. After arriving at the run down use to be Marriott I was greeted by the bipolar owner operator who likes to the phone using different names like she has a staff. The room smelt like cigarettes and wet dog. I confirmed over the phone that they were pet friendly and asked if there were any restrictions. They said that they were and there are no restrictions. When I arrived at the facility I was told that I need to produce medical records for my dog. I did not have them handy, so my dog had to spend the night at a shelter. The next day my wife got the paperwork and the dog and return to the hotel. Nobody is at the front desk to hand the paperwork to and it was snowing outside, so my wife took the dog into the suite after leaving a message for the owner on her cell phone. The owner claimed that she never received a voicemail and demanded that we leave immediately. We were at the facility less than 24 hours. The owner then decided that she was not gonna refund me for the full week that I already prepaid. There was no breakfast served as advertised. The parking lot is filled with commercial vehicles that she rents space to make some side money making parking a hassle. Don’t let the 5 star ratings confuse you the ratings were from when it was an actual Marriott. The owner is rude and unreasonable save your time and money go somewhere else
