    •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
    •This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
    •Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
    •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
    •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
    •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
    •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
    •We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. We do not allow cats.

    ✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
    ✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
    ✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
    ✔️We welcome up two to pets. If you brought a pet, please be sure to add them to your reservation and clean up after them
    ✔️We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn`t need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we`d be happy to reimburse you!
    ✔️ If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming abode. The Sunnyside neighborhood of Denver where it's located is charming and visitor-friendly.The communications between us and property management were diplomatic, friendly and promptly addressed.Well-supplied with amenities and supplies. Indeed, this is both a family-friendly and pet friendly property with parking in the back adjacent to a spacious, outdoor yard with seating.Plenty of room for everyone to find their own space and relax.Walking distance to coffee, cafes, dispensaries (!) with easy vehicle access to freeways, downtown Denver and environs.We look forward to staying here again.Very highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in this townhouse. The place was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful. Although the weather was too chilly to enjoy the yard, I can see how guests during warmer months would love the yard. There were some fun restaurants within walking distance and with downtown Denver just a short drive, the location was perfect!
