First of all I had to contact VRBO to get my codes. I rented the entire house and cabanas . I was only sent two codes. After three or four calls. I finally got in . When you first open the door the house smells! Filthy carpets in every room ! The sofa was stained. The so called hot tub did work properly. No jets were working ! There was also a passed due notice on the frig about the water being shut off ! This place was up for sale. It felt like it was going into foreclosure. My brother had to unstop the bathroom sink ! TVs didn't work in the cabanas. The pots and pans should have been replaced 30 years ago ! This place is like a switch and bait and. I paid premium price for four nights. The view is the only thing nice about this place, but we couldn't even sit outside, because every single chair was broken ! The double bedroom smelled so bad it couldn't be used ! My brother had to make different arrangements for his family. I got so sick from the mold from the carpets that I had to call my doctor on a Saturday in Texas for meds ! Three other family members got sick . Each one stayed in three cabanas. The carpets should be replaced, but were shampooed and still wet ! There is another review from 2023 that states the carpets should be replaced ! Don't rent this place !
