Upon arrival I found that the front door had been forcefully breached and then hurriedly and inadequately repaired. Due to the broken door jam, the front door could not be secured against forced entry. The rest of the flat was dirty and falsely advertised (sconces falling off walls, door handles coming off, heavily stained carpet, etc). I left the property within two hours of arrival and requested a refund. I was told that they don't do refunds and that other people hadn't complained. I've had zero communication since then even though I've made multiple attempts to communicate. I would not do business with this company if this is how they conduct themselves. There are plenty of other rentals in the area that are not managed by this company, stay somewhere else.
