This sleepy rural spot in Norfolk’s enchanting countryside is the perfect base to explore the plethora of scenic footpaths and charming villages that make this part of Norfolk so irresistible. Head to the nearby village of Gressenhall (3 miles) to discover 50 acres of unspoilt countryside with walks along a river valley, woodland footpaths and country trails at Gressenhall Farm and Workhouse. Fakenham, the largest market town in Norfolk, can be reached within 12.5 miles and offers an excellent selection of charming boutiques and local cafes and restaurants. The call of the coast is never far; the gloriously sandy shores of Brancaster and Heacham can be reached within 30 miles.

- Wood burner (first set of logs provided)
- Travel cot and highchair available
- Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture
- Charcoal BBQ provided, please bring own charcoal
- Private off road parking for 3 cars
- Pub and shop 2 miles, beach 24 miles
- Please note this is a working farm with livestock so dogs must be under control when exploring the grounds
- Guided nature walks available by prior arrangement with the owner
- Stabling and turnout facilities available for up to two horses, by prior arrangement with the owner.
- Property can be booked with neighbouring Shepherds Cottage - OC-S28418 to accommodate up to 12 guests (subject to availability)
