  • A new build apartment for you to enjoy ; we can set it up as a double or twin and there is also a double sofa bed in the main living space if required. Equipped with everything you need to enjoy a day/ night in; comfy living area, brand new kitchen, TV, WIFI, generous patio set up for outdoor dinning and bi-folding doors to both the living room and bedroom creating an inviting open floor plan.
    Literally a stones throw from the beach in Fitts Village and across the road from a popular beach club for which you can use our membership entitling you to reduced sun lounger hire and food purchases.

Excellent apartment in secure gates, bus stop right outside and bikini beach bar across the road.wendys sports bar behind is excellent for matches and a cool beer with cheap food . Used three years in a row it’s so good

This mighty little condo is perfect for two! Kitchen well stocked if you need to cook. Nice pool to dip in after a day at the beach. We love alleynes bay to rent umbrellas and eat at Juma’s. Check out caboose for a fish cutter and La caban for dinner by the oceancan’t wait to return

We loved everything about the apartment. Extremely comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, peaceful location and secure. Bikini beach bar across the road and the hidden wonders of Wendy’s just around the corner. You couldn’t ask for more.Thank you for having us!

Great property with everything you need and fantastic location

Lovely clean property, comfy beds, lovely kitchen with everything you need. Joan our housekeeper was great also, can't wait to return. The location was also good with restaurants/bars and supermarket in walking distance

Absolutely beautiful apartment

This was our second stay and it was perfect xIdeal spot as just across from beach on the beautiful west coast.Apartment has everything you need so for us it’s like home. Clean and very relaxing with a shared swimming pool. The maid Joan is very helpful and pleasant xHighly recommend

Just as advertised.

Nice building and apartment; well kept. Close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery store. If you like to walk, it is an easy walk to Holetown where there is a greater variety of restaurants.

Ideal location

This was an absolutely wonderful first time in Barbados experience. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Located near a variety of restaurants & rum stops with the Caribbean steps away!

Amazing location. Second time staying in Zinna in Barbados and it’s truly the best. We were 3 adults and it was just the right size for us. Rare find to have an apartment block with a pool and not even 1 minute walk to the beach. Host provided great recommendations which we took on board and didn’t regret. Joan the housekeeper was also wonderful. So friendly and kept in touch the entire time to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely

Great property in a very good location. A safe, gated property only 30 seconds walk to the beach. The apartment has everything you need. the refrigerator is small, but more than satisfactory.Communication with the host was good, but communication with the housekeeper Joan was better! Joan was always helpful, and always responded in a timely and efficient manner. I would stay at this apartment again!

What a gem!

Loved the location, close to local supermarket and a great Italian restaurant and Bikini beach club right across the road is perfect for sun loungers. Bus stops right outside the property. Communication with owner was excellent.

A wonderful stay

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location is great, especially with a beach and bus stops across the street, and a supermarket only 5 mins walk away. Graham was quick to reply to messages and Joan the house keeper was kind and informative. We would love to return!

Great apartment for 2!

Everything from start to finish with this listing was great! My teen daughter and I felt very safe at this property and enjoyed the small pool. There is a grocery store and a couple of restaurants to walk to in this village. We used the bus system almost every day (right outside the building) to get where we wanted to go. It is central to go down to Bridgetown area or up to Speightstown area. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Getaway Niche

Cozy, comfortable, quiet, relaxing. Absolutely charming. As indicated, it has a fully equipped kitchen with modern conveniences.Location is secure. Graham was very helpful. Answered all my queries. Joan was very friendly and helpful. Will be booking to return soon.

Food options were great as there was plenty of choices for places to eat, you turn right out of the apartment to get to Speightstown or turn turn left to go to Bridgetown which we did on many occasions on the 'Reggae Bus' if you have adequate ear drums!!! Jordans supermarket is approximately a 10 minute walk away and is well stocked. The bed was very comfortable although a little on the short side if your over 5ft 10 inches. The apartment was adequately stocked and very clean. It could just do with a lick of paint on the woodwork, other than that we were very pleased with our stay as Graham was very accommodating.
