“Overall pleased but wouldn’t choose to stay again. We had issues w/ the “smart lock” locking, so we couldn’t leave one evening & had issues getting in another night. The level of responsiveness wasn’t what one would expect. At one point, while trying to problem solve, I was scolded for being rude. I was the customer, not thrilled with a 2nd issue regarding the lock and it was late at night. The lackadaisical attitude about our struggle was what was truly rude. The property wasn’t advertised as...

“The house was decent. Yard was not mowed. There were hardly any dishes. No laundry detergent. Dishes in dishwasher that were not clean. Overall an ok place but had to buy other supplies to make it feasible.”

Paul was very responsive and offered really useful advice on parking close to French Quarter. AC worked great, bathroom felt roomy and upscale. A great stay.”
