Not really impressed with this property. The furniture seemed like “staging” furniture. Looks good in picture but in person, run down. The beds were uncomfortable and pushed into corners. One bed did not have a fitted sheet. Only a mattress protector. The couch in the living room is much smaller than it appears and had springs popping up One of the LR chairs arm was wobbly. The vertices blinds were missing the wand so it was difficult to open and close the blinds. There door handle on the fridge was broken. There was only one washcloth available in the bathroom for 2 people, 2 nights. No hair dryer. Toilet paper holder broken out of the wall. Property seems a bit “tired” and run down. Entrance is cluttered, fire pit had fiberglass poking thru and there was no LPThe exercise room was nice. We had a place to stay and the roof did not leak. The coffeemaker worked. So that was goodWe come the Des Moines frequently to visit grandkids and are trying to find a VRBO that is comfortable and well priced that we can rent repeatedly. This was not it.
